Carers were very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared and had a good and trusting relationship with me Mum. Wasn’t sure me Mum would be open to having a carer but her fears were quelled after a short time. Very pleased with how it turned out. Thanks so much to City On A Hill Care!

We had three live-in carers over the month that my father was at home and all of them were caring, respectful of his wishes and kind. He never wanted any fuss, but they were always there when my dad needed food/drink or clearing up.
