They attended promptly daily to give their loving support. Every care was given to meet the needs of the patient in a kind & supportive way.
The live in night carer was exceptional & went beyond the call of duty & helped with extra hours in the daytime when off duty.
Thank you Michael for the encouraging words. We will continue to do our best for all our clients.
George and his team were incredibly gentle and professional with my wife. She was always clean and relaxed after their visits and they treated her with utmost dignity. Their patience and friendliness was very welcome at home.

City On A Hill Care were brilliant & my father loved the staff and he could be hard to please. They worked with me to iron out the teething troubles (my fault, not theirs) to continue looking after my dad till end of life, allowing him to be at home till the end.
Thank you for your heartfelt review. We are truly honoured to have been a part of your dad's care. It is wonderful to hear he loved the team. We know those early adjustments can be tricky- but you were there to work with, too! Supporting your dad at home, right to the end is exactly why we do what we do.
City on the Hill was put in place to support my Grandmother with end of life care, they were In place for only four days until she was taken into the Hospice, but I was taken back by their Kindness and empathy. They delivered care in a professional manor and provided us as a family with excellent communication. They were a comfort at a very difficult time,I would Highly recommend them as a care agency
Thank you for you kind words and we are glad that we could be a comfort to the entire family at such a trying time.
I'd like to thank the care team for the assistance they gave my husband and the help they were to me as I cared for him at home. They were polite, punctual and gentle in all dealings with us so I would recommend City On A Hill Care to others caring for a loved one close to death.
Thank you for your kind and gracious words. We are glad we could be of help to both you and your husband at such a difficult time.
When dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer we was skeptical about having careres in our home but City on a Hill from the very first meeting put our minds at ease. The care and compassion they showed us was exceptional. We would not of been able to fulfill dads wish to be at home for his final weeks without them. I cannot recommend and thank them enough, especially Ann and Maureen.
Thank you for the kind words and being so welcoming to the Team. It was a delight to have seen to your dad's need and support the family at such a difficult time.
Thank you so much to all who came to help Dad and special thanks to Chimdee and KC- you are extraordinary people

Thank you, Alison, for your kind review. We always aim to provide outstanding care at all times, and I am glad it was no different for your dad this time in Stowmarket.
Cheerful and helpful carers. I looked forward to them coming each day. I can't describe the pressure it took away from me. I could not have got through the last 3 months without their care and support. It allowed me to keep my husband, which is where we both wanted him to be.
Thank you for your kind review. It was an absolute delight for the team to be of service.
City On A Hill Care staff provided much needed support when I needed it most. They were all professional & courteous & friendly. The live in carer was a tower of strength & much needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service provided.
We are delighted that we could provide the needed support. Its always our pleasure to care as we do.
The staff who came were always friendly and helpful, and did their best in difficult circumstances. Time and again they did that little bit extra to try and ensure my wife's comfort and looked after her needs with consideration compassion and skill.
Thank you for your kind review. We are glad to have been able to assist during such a difficult time by doing the extra to ensure comfort and ultimate care at home.
Wonderful company, we had a live in carer for my mother who was on end of life after my father passed away. The carer was outstanding she couldn't do enough for my mum to make her last few months the best they could be. Always going above and beyond what was expected.
We are pleased to know our carer made such a difference at such a difficult time and we appreciate the kindness shown to our team. Thank you for ever so much, it was delight.
Thanks to Mercy and her team for all the care and support given to my aunt between September and October 2025. They have been so understanding and supportive to her over this period of time. So very much appreciated.
Thank you for appreciating the team. We pride ourselves on providing support tailored to individual circumstances and we are glad we could do it for your aunt as well.
For the last few weeks of my mothers life she required home care twice a day. Can not fault the service. Cares were kind and understanding to my mothers needs and treated hrr with respect. Thank you for all your help.
We are grateful for your kind words. We ensure that all our clients are treated with utmost compassion and dignity at all times and I am glad we could do the same for your mother.
On recieving the horrific news that my 91 year old mother only had 3 months left to live, I and all of my family were soooo apprehensive on what care she was going to get from not only her live in carer she was allocated but from the carers also popping in 3 or 4 times a day. We've all seen over the years the much publicised bad carers and some awful things they had done, but our fears soon disappeared on meeting all of my mums carers. I can honestly say I couldn't of wished for more polite, hard working caring people, we loved every single one of them who came to help my mother. All of the carers brought great comfort to my mother in her last 3 months, singing and dancing at times with her to Christian music and praying with her, especially as she was such a strong Christian herself. All I can say is Thank God my mother was sent her Angels to help her pass peacefully and as comfortably as possible, and not fearing passing away. Thank you ALL, I will always count you as my FRIENDS !!!
Thank you for your kind words. it was our delight to look after your mum during such a trying time.
This care team took over 24 hour care from another care team as our Mums care needs changed drastically. They were kind, caring and trustworthy. They helped with personal care, medication also hospice doctor consultations in home. They communicated excellently about needing more meds more meals etc. They supported our mum whilst we weren't there but also supported us. They are completely professional but on a level that you feel supported with a friendly feeling. They cleaned our mums house before she had to go into a care home. We will be forever grateful for all they have done for our family. The managers were kind and friendly with access to the carers notes and support towards our family
It was our pleasure to look after your mum and we are glad we could make her comfortable at home.
When my uncle was discharged from hospital, he was keen that he should go back to his home and stay there. This was achieved until he died about a month later. NHS Continuing Healthcare contracted City on a Hill Care to provide a live-in carer with supplementary daytime care: the highest level of care they could provide at home. For most of this time, one individual was there for him for at least 22 hours a day. Although I was not local, we kept in regular contact. It was clear that she and my uncle bonded very quickly, and she was very caring and attentive to his needs, to the extent that I was worried about whether she would be able to maintain the pace. With the resources we had available, we managed to navigate the challenges that came up, and I believe we couldn't have done it without her. My uncle got his wish, and managed to stay at home until the end, and for that I am forever grateful.
We are pleased that we could provide your uncle with care that enabled him to achieve his wish to be at home. We always aim to be as attentive as possible to the needs of our clients and this time was no different.
We would like to thank you all for the care and compassion you showed our mum while she was having palliative care. Everyone was friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for us, our only criticism which is very minor is that not everyone wore the uniform or company fleece so if it was somebody you hadn't met before it was hard to tell if they were a genuine member of staff. Apart from this we can't fault the care you gave our mum under difficult circumstances
Thank you for your kind words and for pointing out about the uniform. We shall take this on board. It was our delight to be of help at such a difficult period.
They go above and beyond what we would expect, giving full care with dignity and quietness.
They have lifted so much stress off my shoulders, as they just deal with everything related to dad's care, including ringing the doctors, social care, pharmacy etc.
They prepare home cooked food, do his washing and drying and are very trustworthy.
I wouldn't want any better care for my dad.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's our pleasure to care for your dad.
My father very much appreciated all the care he was given and the wider family included her as one of the family.
The substitute carers were all brilliant too and always appeared happy in their work.
It was our pleasure to have been able to care for your dad. Thank you for your thoughtful words.
All the staff were caring, professional, and a joy to have in our home, my husband really trusted them. Everyone was punctual , smart and clear in their roles, my husband was so clean and smart after their visits.
It was our privilege to have cared for your husband. Thank you for your kind words.
