Mercy was the most amazing carer to my Grandpa, very kind and attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend her services. She went above and beyond and has such a friendly and funny character, so easy to get along with. Trusted her implicitly.

The care my mother received was excellent. The carers were respectful, gentle and compassionate. Without their presence my mother would not have been able to remain in her home as was her wish. The carers were also friendly, flexible and willing to communicate easily with myself and other members of the family. Thank you to all of them.

We felt the staff that came to see my mother had kindness and compassion. They listened to what she had to say and worked with her to give her a better quaility of life in her own home to the end of her life. They had a sense of humour and talked to her what were her interests. My mother's personal care was first class through out the company being involved. The management also had time to speak to me and listen. A big thank you.

Feeling fortunate to have had your support during the final weeks of my fathers life. Thank you for treating him with such care, dignity and respect. We will be forever grateful for having Mercy help us at this sad time.

The kindness, care and compassion that both my sick husband and myself received by the lovely night carer here moving, comforting and supportive. My husband died peacefully and she will always have a grateful place in my mind and heart.

Very caring people and very conscientious carers, who gave the extra time when it was most needed and attention to detail very methodical was very impressed with the accuracy of administering medicines when needed and Ernest was particularly recognised for the holistic care he provided for this client. The team from City on the hill looked after my father for around five months at home. They were amazing, they are the most professional, caring and friendly team. They made what my Dad was going through easier, he looked forward to the thrice daily visits. They also supported with night sits for the last few weeks, which really was a life saver for us. We will be forever grateful for the support they gave my father and our family.

Each and every one of the carers were a delight and my father was extremely happy seeing them all. They were always smiling and pleasant and looked after him so well. He doesn't eat a great deal but they were always encouraging him to try to have a little bit more

The live in night carer was exceptional & went beyond the call of duty & helped with extra hours in the daytime when off duty.

George and his team were incredibly gentle and professional with my wife. She was always clean and relaxed after their visits and they treated her with utmost dignity. Their patience and friendliness was very welcome at home.

City On A Hill Care were brilliant & my father loved the staff and he could be hard to please. They worked with me to iron out the teething troubles (my fault, not theirs) to continue looking after my dad till end of life, allowing him to be at home till the end.

City on the Hill was put in place to support my Grandmother with end of life care, they were In place for only four days until she was taken into the Hospice, but I was taken back by their Kindness and empathy.They delivered care in a professional manor and provided us as a family with excellent communication.They were a comfort at a very difficult time,I would Highly recommend them as a care agency

I'd like to thank the care team for the assistance they gave my husband and the help they were to me as I cared for him at home. They were polite, punctual and gentle in all dealings with us so I would recommend City On A Hill Care to others caring for a loved one close to death.

When dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer we was skeptical about having careres in our home but City on a Hill from the very first meeting put our minds at ease. The care and compassion they showed us was exceptional. We would not of been able to fulfill dads wish to be at home for his final weeks without them. Cheerful and helpful carers. I looked forward to them coming each day. I can't describe the pressure it took away from me. I could not have got through the last 3 months without their care and support. It allowed me to keep my husband, which is where we both wanted him to be.

City On A Hill Care staff provided much needed support when I needed it most. They were all professional & courteous & friendly. The live in carer was a tower of strength & much needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service provided.

The staff who came were always friendly and helpful, and did their best in difficult circumstances. Time and again they did that little bit extra to try and ensure my wife's comfort and looked after her needs with consideration compassion and skill.

Wonderful company, we had a live in carer for my mother who was on end of life after my father passed away. The carer was outstanding she couldn't do enough for my mum to make her last few months the best they could be. Always going above and beyond what was expected.
