I have had two particular carers for nearly a year now and I am over the moon with them. They always come on time and have polite manners. Always chatty and bring a smirk to us. Excellent carers, always trying their best.
My poorly mam was allocated care from KML and we were worried how it would go, having strangers come in to do personal care. We soon got to know the team who came in 4 times a day to shower, dress, feed and give meds. All of the ladies we had visit were wonderful, reassuring and caring without exception. They cared for Mam in a very discreet manner and got to know her likes/ dislikes quickly. They reassured her when she was feeling poorly or confused and had a chat and laugh with her on her good days. Very professional at all times, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, in fact I already have! Communication between the ladies, their office and myself was clear and easy too.
Up to now, I have always had a very positive experience with the staff of KML Kare. The girls are always very pleasant and friendly. They work very quickly and efficiently.

All carers are excellent, but the organisation is somewhat faulty - times are inefficient and due to rotas not being corrected, can be two to three hours late. The carers are an impressive team.
Very pleased with the service provided by the carers, the staff are a credit to your company, very caring, attentive to the needs of my elderly and very infirm Mother, extremely helpful, goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble.
We want to praise the carers at KML, especially one staff member in particular who went above and beyond with her care of my mother. She built up trust and a great rapport with my mother and family, we actually looked forward to her coming. At the beginning obviously we were trying to get into a routine, we asked if the staff member could be the permanent carer through the manager, as this was a very difficult time for us all and wanted continuity and calm. The manager agreed to this saying obviously when the permanent carer was off another staff member would step in. Everything seemed to be on track and running smoothly, we texted the manager to make sure everything was in place before I left on the Wednesday, but she never bothered to answer my text, up to this day. The staff member we wanted to be the permanent carer never came again even though we were told she would be the primary carer for my mum. Sadly my mother passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning 23/4/24. When you deal with the management, my advice is get your wishes in writing. The staff member we wanted to be the permanent carer made a difficult situation bearable, she is a credit to KML.

KML Kare have been involved with caring of my dad for over a year now. It was hard for him to adjust at first but the lovely ladies and gent who have been helping him soon put him at ease. He now looks forward to them coming and not just to help him with day-to-day things but the laughter and banter they share. KML don't just provide the essentials for my dad they keep his spirits up and the will to carry on. Thank you to all the staff you are all so appreciated beyond words, thanks again.
At a time of uncertainty for our family on the return of my mother from hospital, we have found the carers to be very friendly and empathetic with her situation. They are very helpful and aware of my mother’s needs. They are punctual and trustworthy and we are very happy with the care being given.
My experience with the care company that I have is brilliant and I have no concerns as everyone is very friendly. The carers are willing to do anything for me, they also go and do my shopping for me twice a week.
There’s often time for banter which can raise my sister’s spirits.
I recommend KML - I feel that my sister is in safe hands.

From early November till the day my husband died, 3rd January 2024, the care that was provided by all the carers from KML Kare who came to help me care for my husband was exemplary. I cannot praise them enough. They treated my husband with kindness, respect, and even had a bit of a laugh with him at times. They are all special people.
The carers from KML Kare cared for my father who was fast tracked for care at home in North Tyneside. During this time my father was provided with with the utmost care and dignity till his end of life. Not only did they provide my father the care needed, but were a great support to the family who were able to offer advice and empathy during a very difficult time.
My mother was fast-tracked to KML in August 2023. I cannot fault the care and attention she was given by both the carers that attended my mum, but also of all the staff involved. Very professional, caring and easy to communicate with, especially if there were any issues.
Very pleased with the carers I've got now. They make my life worth living. Very caring. First carers were ok, but not as caring.
Wonderful staff who helped care for my mam in the final weeks of her life. She was treated with so much care, consideration and dignity. The support we received from them as a family was brilliant. First time needing carers in our home before and to say we were apprehensive is an understatement. Carers are all first class. Friendly, polite and understanding of our needs. Had a few phone calls with the management team, just to sort out our personal needs regarding times etc and they couldn’t be more accommodating. So far we have received so much help in a trying time for our family. Would definitely recommend this company from first hand experience dealing with them.
