KML have provided consistent care for over 12 months, not missing appointments. The staff are friendly, good at communicating and making my wife laugh. They treat her with dignity ensuring her physical needs are met. They have enabled me to continue working, contributing to society and removing stress from my life. The managers are good at communicating and dealing effectively with any changes. I would recommend the company to any other disabled person.
The team are lovely and have a great approach with people and their families. The manager is helpful and answers enquiries whilst managing a busy service. They all seem genuinely caring and interested in making service users and their families as comfortable as possible.
What an amazing team. They took care of my mum in her last few weeks and I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people to come into our home 4 times a day to provide my mum and ourselves with the care and support we needed. They attended to all of Mum's needs both physically and mentally. They offered the right level of humour when needed and made my mum feel very special in her final days. They definitely went above and beyond what we had expected from a care team.
The carers who are looking after my mam are amazing, they are so caring and friendly, my mam really likes them and is comfortable with them. The girls go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and has everything she needs. These girls deserve recognition for what they do, 5 stars out of 5 stars isn't enough they deserve lots more.
The staff have proved to be very professional in their attitude and in the manner in which they deliver her personal care and provide for her daily needs.
In, not always the easiest of circumstances, they have shown not a little good humour, much patience with lots of compassion and a good understanding of my wife's physical and mental limitations.
I would not hesitate to recommend KML Kare to anyone looking for an outstanding care provider.
My experience with this care company is very positive. I've been paralysed for 20 years, I'm 42 years old and throughout the 20 years, I have had many different care companies. I rate this company the highest on performance, being on time to get me up and dressed and ready for the day. Very friendly carers and they are in the job for the right reason, which is to care and unlike some care companies I've been with and this not being the case, so I feel very fortunate to have this care company getting me up in the morning. They have not failed me where many companies have, they can have you laying in bed 4 hours and you don't know where the carers are, but with this care company, I have found this not to be the case. I've been with other care companies where I've been asked if I could go out for my own tea because they didn't have the carers to make my tea but not the case in this company. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

They always come in with a smile on their face, are engaging and check to make sure I have everything.

Good to have a company that understands patients' needs and have experience. This company has been very professional and would recommend them after having a bad care company previous. The manager is very good at her job and will listen, I don't think you will be disappointed with this company.
Great carers who help my mam with her needs. Mam says her carers are always kind and happy to see her. Nothing is any trouble, they are always friendly on the phone and staff are happy to accommodate any changes to her routine.
The staff are dedicated and, most of all, caring.
The staff team are outstanding in the service they deliver and their reliability.
Most of all, the family know my father is in safe hands.
My father loves the staff and no wonder, as they are always positive and arrive with a smile on their faces.
The care team are amazing, don't know how I would manage without them. They are very friendly and looked after my mum incredibly well. The support I have had, especially from one member of the team in particular who helped me get overnight carers, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for your care and for being there for me also.
My wife has MS and receives 4 domiciliary care visits per day from KML Kare. The support and assistance provided is excellent with dedicated and very competent carers. Visits are on time and thorough with flexibility when required, for example, two late visits when we were attending our daughter's wedding. The carers have a good sense of humour and are familiar with the specifics of my wife's condition and demeanour. Communication with the company is also excellent and we are delighted to benefit from KML Kare's commitment, a truly excellent provider.
KML Kare looked after my father who had Motor Neurone Disease. My father received impeccable service from this company. Everyone who dealt with my father, who had extreme complex needs, was nothing but amazing. Carers made my father feel extremely comfortable, they were not only supportive of his needs but also the support they gave us as a family was crucial at such a very difficult and scary time. All staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient and always made my father feel like he was important. We are so thankful and grateful to have had their care and support during this extremely difficult time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
