Mum receives excellent support from her carers who are always on time and are aware of her needs and the support she requires. Having dementia Mum can, at times, be challenging but all of the carers relate to her and support accordingly.

The Carers did a grand job and the family noticed a vast improvement in his demeanour and general wellbeing and we are very grateful for the service provided by Debbie and her team for the few months we used Apollo.

All the careers were friendly, and professional at all times. Their visits were something I found were really helpful . They.enabled me to recover from a hip operation without worrying about how I would cope.

Efficient kind caring and professional. Carers willing to listen and do what was necessary to make mum comfortable happy and gained her trust well. Usually on time and stayed for the entire time. We never got the feeling they were in a rush to get to the next client which was very reassuring.

It is always a pleasure to have the company of the carers who are well presented and a credit to their employer and colleagues.

The service received for our dad has been excellent. The carers are a lovely group of people that not only put our dad at ease and deliver a great service but have built lovely friendships which is fabulous especially as we are not located close by to just call in. The friendships created has also aided in the carers to research activities suitable for our dad that he has interests in and they build this into his care plan . This is a huge benefit for him as it enables him to socialise with others and it assist in breaking up his day. Highly recommend this company- very adaptable, amenable and most importantly professional and caring.

Apollo Care provided wonderful support for both me and my husband during challenging times. After a few visits my husband was able to relax and enjoy activities singing playing games. It was such a relief knowing he was in safe hands Apollo care exceeded my expectations

The manager and her team of amazing women have been an amazing asset to ours and our mum's life since she had a stroke back in February. They made what was a difficult time much easier through their professionalism and care. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are at the end of the phone if we have any worries about our mum and take great care of her. They are always on time, completely trustworthy, and take the time to have a chat. My sisters and I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the team.

The manager and her team helped keep my dad independent and living in his own home for 2 years. The care he received from day one was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and a great trusting relationship developed between Dad and the team. He loved having a laugh and a joke with them all. I felt confident all his needs were met safely and professionally. Sadly my dad passed away a few weeks ago but I will always be thankful to the manager and her team for helping me to give Dad what he wanted which was to stay in his own home.

We found Apollo Care extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. Our communications were dealt with very quickly even well out of office hours. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and provided exactly the services we wanted. The staff who visited our relative established very good relationships with him and fed back any concerns and positive feedback.

First-class company provided excellent caring for my dear wife. Visits were always on time and they were very accommodating in order to meet our needs in going the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, in fact, we looked forward to their visit.

We are husband and wife aged 93 and 91 respectively. This is our first experience with carers. Both of us have mobility issues and our main need is help in showering. We are both very happy with the assistance provided by Apollo. We are treated with dignity and at all times our wishes are carried out without hesitation. We had no problem in building a rapport with Apollo and feel sure this relationship will continue. Well done Apollo.
