Apollo Care offers a range of at-home care services, such as respite, end of life, disability and dementia care in Southport. They also provide personal care and companionship services for clients who are just looking for an extra helping hand. All services are carried out in the place where everyone feels most comfortable – home.

All care will be completely bespoke, with five different care packages structured to suit each client’s individual needs and budget. Care packages will be delivered with nutritional guidance, contact with the community and regular updates for loved ones.

Our fees are based on the Better Life care packages. Prices are dependent on the support which is needed. We charge double for bank holidays and there is no additional fees for evenings or weekends.
We set up a fixed monthly fee so you always pay the same amount each month.
Our carers stay for the full duration of the visit.

All the careers were friendly, and professional at all times. Their visits were something I found were really helpful . They.enabled me to recover from a hip operation without worrying about how I would cope.

Efficient kind caring and professional. Carers willing to listen and do what was necessary to make mum comfortable happy and gained her trust well. Usually on time and stayed for the entire time. We never got the feeling they were in a rush to get to the next client which was very reassuring.

The service received for our dad has been excellent. The carers are a lovely group of people that not only put our dad at ease and deliver a great service but have built lovely friendships which is fabulous especially as we are not located close by to just call in. The friendships created has also aided
in the carers to research activities suitable for our dad that he has interests in and they build this into his care plan . This is a huge benefit for him as it enables him to socialise with others and it assist in breaking up his day. Highly recommend this company- very adaptable, amenable and most importantly professional and caring.

Apollo Care provided wonderful support for both me and my husband during challenging times. After a few visits my husband was able to relax and enjoy activities singing playing games. It was such a relief knowing he was in safe hands Apollo care exceeded my expectations

We had previously used another local care agency but due to their poor standard of care, we were looking for an alternative provider. Apollo was recommended by word of mouth and since day one the level of service has been very professional.
Carers are professional, kind and reliable. My mother is
much happier with Apollo and we have confidence in the service provided. Would recommend Apollo.

The manager and her team of amazing women have been an amazing asset to ours and our mum's life since she had a stroke back in February. They made what was a difficult time much easier through their professionalism and care. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are at the end of the phone if we

We had been searching for a carer to accompany my Uncle to church for some time before we found the excellent Apollo Care company. The owner is very proactive & responds immediately to any queries when contacted.
The most important part is that my Uncle is very comfortable with the carers when he
goes to church, this is very important to him & us. They are attentive to all his needs & this gives great comfort to the family that he is being well looked after.
I highly recommend Apollo Care to anyone seeking a friendly & caring professional for their loved ones.

The manager and her team helped keep my dad independent and living in his own home for 2 years. The care he received from day one was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and a great trusting relationship developed between Dad and the team. He loved having a laugh and a joke with them all. I felt
confident all his needs were met safely and professionally. Sadly my dad passed away a few weeks ago but I will always be thankful to the manager and her team for helping me to give Dad what he wanted which was to stay in his own home.

What a lovely friendly company.
The director made a huge impression on us all, especially with my mum who has advanced dementia.
She tried to accommodate us at very short notice and went out of her way.
Would highly recommend Apollo and the director and her team who offer unconditional care.

We found Apollo Care extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. Our communications were dealt with very quickly even well out of office hours. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and provided exactly the services we wanted. The staff who visited our relative established very good relationships
with him and fed back any concerns and positive feedback.

Was given a word-of-mouth recommendation for Apollo Care in Southport and they called and went to see them to find out their needs, immediately they took to and care plans were made for both Mum and Dad.
My mother was admitted to the hospital, my father went downhill quickly so much so the carer was
attending 3 times a day, she cared for my father with such compassion, nothing was too much trouble even when he had to have a catheter fitted.
I would highly recommend Apollo in Southport, the caring was second to none and the costs were very fair and competitive.

The company director herself visited my home and designed a programme to which I was agreeable.
I am triple handicapped with vision and hearing impairmet. The director was sincerely wanting what was best for my present and, impending future, as I live alone and I am immobilsed with an osteoarthritic
handicap.
After only 1 hour, I witnessed the extreme and honest mode of work. Advice was forthcoming and valuable.
I was in trepidation prior to the visit and can now look forward in confidence.

We are husband and wife aged 93 and 91 respectively. This is our first experience with carers. Both of us have mobility issues and our main need is help in showering. We are both very happy with the assistance provided by Apollo. We are treated with dignity and at all times our wishes are carried out
without hesitation. We had no problem in building a rapport with Apollo and feel sure this relationship will continue. Well done Apollo.

Learning to accept a helping hand was a big step for my mother. At the age of 98 years, she had been a fiercely independent woman. Apollo Care gave her the time and space to come to terms with the disabilities of old age and treat her with dignity and respect. Their "how would you like this to be done"
attitude allows my mother to feel she is still in control and slowly she has given her trust and accepted help. Any care company can carry out specified tasks, such as making beds and providing a meal. Apollo Care engaged with my mother and they have a laugh and a joke. They also have been known to go the extra mile to help with my mother's mental health. It is comforting to hear my mother says that they are very kind and nice and believe me, they would have had to earn that phrase. Thank you Apollo Care for making this difficult period in my mother's life easier.

The care I received from day one was excellent. As I was unsteady on my feet and feared falling, as I live alone. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The chores were dealt with in a very professional way and I was very grateful for all the help I was given.

Debbie has worked in the care sector since 2015 after changing her career. Debbie has worked in various roles within the care industry as a carer, a senior carer, a training coordinator, and a Deputy Manager before purchasing her own Apollo Care franchise with Hannah White.


Debbie is very hands-on and goes out and completes care visits with clients to ensure that a high level of care is carried out and that all of their needs and wishes are met at all times.
