Funding & Fees

Daily Charges per Person

  • Hourly Visiting Care Fees: £28 - £34
  • Weekly Live-in Care Fees: £1,750 - £1,960
  • 30 Minute Visiting Care Fees: £26 - £30
Our fees are based on the Better Life care packages. Prices are dependent on the support which is needed. We charge double for bank holidays and there is no additional fees for evenings or weekends.
We set up a fixed monthly fee so you always pay the same amount each month.

Our carers stay for the full duration of the visit.

Overall Experience

Learning to accept a helping hand was a big step for my mother. At the age of 98 years, she had been a fiercely independent woman. Apollo Care gave her the time and space to come to terms with the disabilities of old age and treat her with dignity and respect. Their "how would you like this to be done" attitude allows my mother to feel she is still in control and slowly she has given her trust and accepted help. Any care company can carry out specified tasks, such as making beds and providing a meal. Apollo Care engaged with my mother and they have a laugh and a joke. They also have been known to go the extra mile to help with my mother's mental health. It is comforting to hear my mother says that they are very kind and nice and believe me, they would have had to earn that phrase. Thank you Apollo Care for making this difficult period in my mother's life easier.

Overall Experience
The care I received from day one was excellent. As I was unsteady on my feet and feared falling, as I live alone. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The chores were dealt with in a very professional way and I was very grateful for all the help I was given.

I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone I know who may need care in the future.

Overall Experience

Apollo Care have been supporting my partner for several months and the change in him has been amazing, he is more cheerful with their company, he is more independent and we know he is in good hands. I can pop out to the shops and let them carry on with the care, it gives me some freedom as well as support for him. As a family we have been so impressed by Apollo, we have used several agencies in the past but have never had such prompt, happy, caring people who truly understand his need for independence. It has been very refreshing to see care done so well, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall Experience

The care since day 1 has been excellent. The manager has dealt with our circumstances with care, understanding and encouragement. We know what to expect, we are in a good routine and she is always positive with mum giving her a good start to her day. The caring approach and attention we are all privy to from Apollo Care comes with our recommendation if you are looking for that next step for care for the family. Home care has to be right and Apollo are doing just that. The flexibility and punctuality outstanding. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Very happy with Apollo Care. The manager stepped up to help care for my dad. From the first meeting, everything was handled with professionalism and care. She knew everything that was needed and more. My dad loved having her visits. Gave him a great sense of security at a vulnerable time. The advice given to make things better was advantageous. Even after my dad was admitted to hospital she was there to check he was OK. I would recommend Apollo Care for any of your family members.

Debbie Dickson

Debbie has worked in the care sector since 2015 after changing her career. Debbie has worked in various roles within the care industry as a carer, a senior carer, a training coordinator, and a Deputy Manager before purchasing her own Apollo Care franchise with Hannah White.

Debbie is very hands-on and goes out and completes care visits with clients to ensure that a high level of care is carried out and that all of their needs and wishes are met at all times.

Debbie has a vision that Apollo will continue to provide holistic care that an individual wants to receive at a time and at a pace which suits them.
