The staff have been incredible. The managing director went above and beyond by caring for my mom's pet when it was unwell, and she continues to provide excellent care for my mom. She often takes her to visit local attractions like the beach and cafes, which has been wonderful. I feel much more at ease now that my mom is living at home with this additional support. It's reassuring to know that I can always call the office to request changes in routines if needed. They make it clear that nothing is too much trouble.

This began with my initial inquiry and extended through to the assessment and development of a care package for my grandfather. Throughout the process, I felt that nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear that everyone involved was genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. Each of the four ladies that have attended so far have brought their own personalities and ways. This has intrigued my mother and I can see that she is already accepting their help and enjoying their company. We feel this companionship is actually worth more than the physical tasks they undertake on her behalf. We had hoped that carers would see things that perhaps we might overlook and this has certainly been the case. A big shout out for one staff member, firstly for calling me up immediately when she thought Mum was not quite herself and secondly for spotting some things that were well beyond their best. The manager has certainly delivered on her promises.

My brother, who is autistic, loves the time he gets to spend with his care companion. He is always happy and chatty after she has taken him out for the day, which is a big improvement to his normal daily behaviour, and he is ready to tell every detail of what he did while they were out. Because of her kind manner, her patience, and her kindness, I will be forever grateful to her.

caregivers know a lot about care and are friendly, helpful, creative and flexible. They also know a lot about care delivery and are very knowledgeable about it. Great team philosophy.

Our elderly mother receives care twice a day thanks to Living at Home. It has been a pleasure working with the Care Manager and her team. It requires a team of three carers in various shift patterns which works with our mother, and Living at Home was very proactive and helpful throughout the entire process. The carers set a good example, were very professional and built a lovely relationship with Mum. In addition, the manager coordinated with the doctors on numerous occasions who treated our mother and made sure that the medication instructions were accurate and clear for the carers to administer to her. I have the highest regard for the professionalism and service that they provide.

For the past three years, my mother has been living with progressive dementia in her daily life. The initial assessment that was conducted by the Managing Director from living at home through a Zoom meeting left a strong and favourable impression on me. About ten weeks ago the carer began providing care and support for Mum. She is a really patient kind and compassionate individual. She gives my mother the freedom to make her own decisions regarding things such as where she eats her meals and what she wears. In addition to that the carer is really good at hearing out our recommendations. The assistance that we receive from living at home has been of great use to our family as a whole. After providing care for a significant amount of time we are able to take a break thanks to this support.

Living at Home provided the personal care and support my elderly mother needed when I was unable to manage her increasing care needs. At a time when domiciliary care was under such pressure from increased demand, we counted ourselves very fortunate to have found an organisation able and willing to step in at short notice. Because Living at Home was relatively newly established and didn't have the wealth of feedback I would usually seek, I was initially a little concerned that we might be disappointed - I needn't have worried! The staff we encountered were all very professional, friendly and helpful. In particular, the carer assigned to Mum quickly built a lovely relationship with her, and Mum came to look forward to her visits, overcoming her initial reservations about having 'a stranger' coming into her home.

The manager and her team have done an absolutely first-class job settling my 95-year-old auntie back into her home after six months in hospital, following a fall. She was resistant to the idea of carers but was immediately won over by the charm and professionalism of the staff. She is benefiting not just from the physical care (which is excellent), but the friendliness and companionship of the team. Nothing appears too much trouble and the staff appear to genuinely enjoy the work. They are most highly recommended.

Fabulous experience. The service provided by Living at Home was person-centred, professional, caring and compassionate. The carers took their time and spoke to my dad throughout the care activity. The director was very kind and always kept us informed of any changes.

From the very first assessment call I was sold. The lady came in bright and cheerful which instantly put my great-aunt at ease. My aunt suffers with progressive vascular dementia and as her sole carer and with a young family of my own the pressure was becoming too much but at the same time I was so worried that no one else would care for her as I do - those anxious feelings were put to rest within a day or two when I realised my aunt was enjoying the company. The carers act in such a way that my aunt thinks of them as her friends popping by which for me is amazing as she gets to keep her dignity, pride and, most importantly, remain living at home. The company also stepped in at short notice to do extra calls so I could take a holiday with my husband and children. Thank you so so much ladies.

The care Living at Home provided to our terminally ill dad was invaluable help to him, Mum and all our family at an extremely difficult time for us. They were thoughtful, compassionate, supportive, positive and professional at all times in challenging circumstances. The level of care provided to my mum is of a very high standard. All the carers are professional in carrying out their duties and also take time to sit and chat giving the care that extra personal touch.

Really happy with the service the carers provide. They are always punctual, obliging and professional. I do not live near my dad so it is very reassuring to know he is well looked after and that I can click on the App for a report on each visit. Highly recommended.

Living at Home in Swansea has done a great job taking care of my mother-in-law. When she received an unsafe discharge from the hospital and had to go home alone, we couldn't do anything without them. They went above and beyond to take care of her. Amazing communication and nice caregivers who work hard to help adults who are vulnerable and get stuck in hospital, bed blocking due to unhelpful social workers! We can't give them enough thanks. My father's care was overseen by his carer, who was really pleasant to all of us. My father's carer was so amazing; kind, efficient, and capable of dealing with any situation. We had every reason to believe that our father was in excellent hands, and that was most definitely the case.

At our initial encounter with Living at Home, we were impressed by their professionalism and sensitivity. They were able to provide us with the care plan mum needed and enrolled us in an app that allowed us to keep track of our mothers' visits and report any problems, and this was quite beneficial to us. At first, mum was unimpressed with having carers, but she warmed up to them and even told them she was going to miss them when the visits came to an end. Nothing was too much for the team of carers given they were professional, well-trained, and very kind. We can say that having peace of mind that your loved ones are getting the best care is what we got with Living at Home. We would strongly recommend them, and we would not hesitate to call them again if we needed more assistance.
