The support Dad and I have received at a very difficult and fast-changing time from all the staff has been empathetic, responsible and flexible. I can't praise the service we have received enough. Many thanks to the team.

The director provided long-term care for my father a few years ago and has kept in touch with the family. Since taking on the Good Oaks franchise, he stepped in at very short notice and as usual, his care was excellent. He has now provided us with a carer who seems to be very confident and competent.
I have yet to meet her as I live so far away from my father but will be doing so very soon.
We have committed to ongoing daytime care through Good Oaks in view of this excellent start.

The level of care provided has been exemplary. The people who run this home care service are grounded, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the client. In my case, care is being provided for my Dad. The team has answered all of my questions promptly either on the phone or via email. I can highly
recommend them.

The company stepped in at short notice to help keep my Mum at home.
Started off well but soon became apparent that the company appears to be struggling to resource the service without bringing in agency staff.

Thank you very much for your review. From the initial assessment we placed one of our Live-In Carers with you within 5-6 hours. We did advise that the covering carer let us down at the last minute and that we would be using an agency carer to cover the 2 weeks break from the initial carer.
