GoodOaks Homecare - South Oxfordshire

Since the 17th of February, and my husband's return from the hospital, we have had the utmost kindness, help and cheerfulness. I quite honestly don't know how I would have coped without this help.

My grandparents have been really happy with them and the swap to this care system from privately managing people (which turned out to be very stressful) has been really quite dramatic. I trust them which is the most important thing. Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners.

The follow-up and support have been top-class. My only complaint has been the time spent on updating the wretched app, which seems unnecessarily invasive.

My mother has now been receiving live-in care for 4 months from Good Oaks Home Care. The carers have all been such lovely people and brilliant at their job. My mother enjoys the company of others and they have matched the carer brilliantly. My mother wasn't quite so well this visit and I was abroad, I knew Mum was in very safe hands and I had complete trust in her carer. In fact, when we said goodbye to her carer this morning, we were nearly all in tears - good tears, I might point out. We have tried a couple of other agencies - but this is the best without a doubt.

The support Dad and I have received at a very difficult and fast-changing time from all the staff has been empathetic, responsible and flexible. I can't praise the service we have received enough. Many thanks to the team.

The level of care provided has been exemplary. The people who run this home care service are grounded, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the client. In my case, care is being provided for my Dad. The team has answered all of my questions promptly either on the phone or via email. I can highly recommend them.

Started off well but soon became apparent that the company appears to be struggling to resource the service without bringing in agency staff.
