My experience has always been very good with care I received. Carers helpful bright and cheerful and good on time.

Outstanding care for our father.

My wife Wendy is the person that Orbis Care provide the care for. Wendy's condition has robbed her ability to write. All the staff that have visited and that we have spoken to via phone have been kind, polite and courteous. The carers have been brilliant, punctual, skilled and always with a smile.

Orbis provided astonishingly good care for my mother for more than six months, initially with twice-daily visits to assist with meals and medication, and latterly with live-in carers as her condition progressed. The Orbis team were fantastic - patient, gentle, professional and kind, helping a struggling widow keep her independence for as long as possible. The main office too were brilliant with communications and responded quickly to any changes in circumstances. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for care in the local area.

Orbis have been providing us with care for 3 years now. And in all that time the quality has not wavered. I cannot fault them for the care they provide for my husband and the support they show to me. Orbis provided care for my father for around 4 months before he entered a care home. Before we started using Orbis we had had a poor experience with another care agency. The service provided by Orbis was very different. Firstly, the management team are great; friendly, professional, easy to get hold of, and willing to try and accommodate all needs and preferences. The app they use is very good, allowing family members to log in and see a report in respect of each visit. We felt fully informed about every detail of Dad's care and any input we had was taken on board. The carers themselves were kind, cheerful, professional, mindful of Dads dignity and patient, even though at times caring for him could be challenging. I would not hesitate to recommend Orbis to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

My mother never wanted to go into a care home and without the support of Orbis Care we could never have fulfilled that wish for her. She passed away in July and I know she was looked after in the best way possible. Thank you to all concerned at Orbis Care.

From the first interaction with the operations manager at Orbis Care, I was very impressed! She was amazing, very understanding and listened to Mum and Dad's required needs to enable her to come up with a tailor-made plan for them both. The manager was so friendly and approachable and managed to gain Mum and Dad's trust and support. The manager, the carers assigned to Mum and Dad, the office support team are all so professional and efficient. The carers are so kind and caring and an absolute credit to the company! I am so pleased and thankful to Orbis Care for providing such excellent care for my parents which has meant that I can now take some breaks to recharge when I am feeling overwhelmed. After a few weeks of carers coming in to assist in the morning, Mum has felt an overall improvement in her physical and mental health. She looks forward to seeing the staff every morning and her companionship time on Tuesday afternoons is most enjoyable.

When my elderly father was taken into hospital, I needed a care company at short notice to take care of my mother who was living at home with dementia. I contacted Orbis Care and they were great. They immediately attended and assessed Mum's needs. They provided a care assistant to stay with Mum 24/7, helping with meals, prompting with medication and household chores. All care was recorded on an app so I could monitor it remotely. All staff were polite and professional. I can't thank them enough for the help and support they provided until Dad was discharged from hospital. I would definitely recommend Orbis Care.

Mom is 94 with dementia.

If we have to pick one outstanding, it would have to be one of the carers who always has a smile and makes light of a problem.

The carers at Orbis are like angels. The patience, care and compassion they show her relentlessly day in and day out is truly amazing and very reassuring. My mum has gone from declining care to eagerly waiting for the Carer to arrive. As a family we would now be lost without them, we thank you all. The office staff are also brilliant! Despite GP advice regarding care, I was reluctant to admit my quality of life had deteriorated. In March 2023 a daily care plan was instigated and I soon realised how this improved my wellbeing. In particular, the interactions with the caring team proved to be most beneficial and mindful of my independence.

Orbis Care have been looking after my mum and dad for many months. Sadly we lost Dad in April and the care and concern for us as a family and ensuring my mother was cared for who is disabled, was and continues to be so lovely. We cannot thank the carers supporting our mother enough! They are so caring and my mum thinks they are wonderful and kind. The app where I can see when the carers have been is great as a reassurance to me. The carers tend to be the same for a few days until another changes but there's not too many changes and they do let Mum know if it's to be someone different next time. The lovely ladies are becoming part of our family support and we cannot thank them enough! We can contact the management team and they really ensure the carers are notified of any information. The effort the ladies go to to get to Mum is amazing! They cycle, they car share, they get through traffic, re-route when road closures are on, awful weather... they are absolute troopers!

All the staff from Orbis Care treat us with genuine care and interest. The care is very consistent and they bring humour to the job too.

My wife has been attended by Orbis carers four times a day since January 2023. Throughout this time the care has been of the highest standard. All the carers genuinely care and are interested in their work and will do all that is asked of them. We have never had any misgivings, their care has been very beneficial to my wife's wellbeing.
