We cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough! From the first meeting, everything was clearly explained and what to expect preparing her meal and supervising her medication schedule.
Staff are beyond outstanding in every way. Patient, understanding, is exemplary.
My mother is 93yrs old, so
can be very wary of people and likes to live Independently, which would not be possible without support.
Excellent communication via phone and email makes it easy to plan and manage any arrangements or appointments.
It is reassuring when we live in a different part of the country to know that Mum can contact them at any time for reassurance, that in turn relieves the stress from my side knowing that they are on hand to help.
Mum looks forward to their visits, and staff have made us all feel we were so much more than just clients.
We have 100% confidence in their ability to look after my mum.

We cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough! From the first meeting through to Mum's unexpected death staff were beyond outstanding in every way. Patient, understanding, thoughtful, generous; all we could ever wish for. Mum looked forward to every visit and staff made us all feel we were so
much more than just clients.
We were reassured and gained some peace of mind that she was in the very best of hands when we weren't nearby. Communication was second to none; professional and compassionate, and flexibility was a given. They really knew Mum and went out of their way to anticipate her needs.
When it came to her death, words are totally inadequate to express our ongoing and immense gratitude for the way they handled every aspect of the difficult situation; far beyond what could learnt from any training..
Anticipating many years of increasing involvement with Radfield gave us confidence to face an uncertain future with some ease; but it wasn't to be. We honestly miss them!

Radfield Home Care provide an excellent service to both my parents, who both have dementia. The managers keep informed of any concerns. Always available to help and assist. Communication is great via text and emails. We receive weekly updates of staff rotas. Really good service.

I have a carer five times a week to help wash and dress my husband and help him out of bed in the mornings. The carers are very kind and helpful, arrive on time and leave the bedroom tidy. They are a great help as he is very unsteady and unable to walk and it gives me more peace of mind to know he won't
fall.

A sincere thank you to all the staff at Radfield. I have found the service to be excellent, both the quality of care and the 'partnership' between client, carers and myself. A good rapport was established at the start of mum's care and the support has been mutually beneficial. Given mum's high level
of caring needs, the carers and management have risen to the challenges these have presented and mum has been very grateful and appreciative of the care she has received. Furthermore, I have been relieved of a considerable amount of stress and worry. Overall, a professional care company with a well-trained, empathetic kind caring staff. Once again, a heartfelt thank you.

All good - the staff are friendly and do their utmost to accommodate requests. Mum is happy with the service, and the carers arrive on time and do a brilliant job. I only use it occasionally, but feel confident that Mum will be looked after when I am away.

I have found the staff at Radfield Home Care Fareham, Gosport & Warsash
to be very caring, professional and highly trained. The staff readily ask questions that are pertinent to my husband’s care, they also make suggestions that may help in delivering his care.
In a recent family emergency, Radfield
stepped in to help and took a great deal of stress from us knowing that David was being looked after by trusted carers.
David reacts positively to the carers which is great. If he is having a grumpy day they also know how to handle him - again this is very reassuring.
Overall I only have positive things to say about Radfield and the staff.

The professionalism and support Radfield Home Care has provided to myself and sisters in helping care for Mum in her home has been excellent. From the initial ease of contacting them to managing changes to her needs, the level of communication has been really good. A recent example of their flexibility
has been providing extra support following a cataract operation, this was organised and implemented without fuss. The carers are cheerful, patient and reliable. Overall 5 stars for the manager and her team!

I find the careers very pleasant and helpful. They are always smart and clean, I really don't know what to say. The charge for the service seems to be dearer than anyone else, but you get what you pay for.

This was our first time using a care provider and we must say that it has been a very positive experience. The manager was extremely helpful and took the time and patience to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had.
The carers are friendly, cheerful and provide Mum with the help
she needs to remain in her own home.
We pay for these services via online bank transfer and it is both easy and convenient.
We would thoroughly recommend Radfield Home Care to anyone looking for a care service provider.

Radfield Homecare has been a great experience for my family. As first-time users of homecare, we have found them to be extremely professional, friendly, helpful and a great reassurance that Mum is receiving the assistance she wants. The staff visiting at home have worked with Mum to regain her independence
while still giving a cheerful and professional helping hand to keep her and her home on the go. Rotas have been set to suit Mum and requests for changes have always been met with a positive response. Mum has been kept up to date with the carers calling on her and enjoys the positive communication she has with them. The billing for services is accurate and payment is made easy by bank transfer. Radfield came along at just the right time for us, a professional and extremely friendly team with a really positive attitude.

I would just like to thank the Radfield Home Care company for making my mum’s end-of-life care as comfortable as possible, building a bond with Mum along with daily support from family.
Mum looked forward to seeing them, their kindness and care was excellent, going above and beyond.
As a family, we
would not have managed without them to enable Mum to remain in her own home as she had wished.
The management team, especially the registered care manager, have been in constant contact throughout to see if there was any more they could do. We could also ring them at any time with instant response and support.
Even now, after the loss of Mum, the care manager has made contact to see how we all are.
I cannot recommend more highly the excellent care provided by the company.

I have 4 care calls a day. I 100% rely on carers to do everything for me, from washing, showering, dressing and drugs. The carers do everything with a smile. They are always very kind, sympathetic, polite and happy. Sometimes my carers are the only people I see all day and with Radfield carers I look

Jason’s background lies in recruitment, spending time recruiting both internationally and locally. He has managed local retail outlets, progression to management and business development roles involving international operations and development of new markets. His experience in recruitment and business development puts him in a fantastic position to overcome some of the challenges facing the care industry.


“I have family and friends involved in the care sector, which has given me some insight into the difficulties in the industry. I’ve also seen the amazing people giving care and the difference that they make every day to people’s lives.


“There is a lack of appreciation and understanding in general of the vital role that Care Professionals provide in the community. One of my goals is to develop a better understanding of this in my community, so that they are seen as the skilled professionals that they are.”


To pursue his dream of running his own business, Jason had to make the difficult choice of leaving his corporate lifestyle behind.


“In the end this was made possible by realising that in this industry I really could make a difference to my community rather than what was increasingly feeling like superficial success in the more corporate background that I was part of.”

We would like to introduce you to Deborah, registered care manager for Radfield Home Care Fareham, Gosport & Warsash. Debbie is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. Debbie is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s wellbeing at all times.


Debbie’s journey in care began when she was just a child, spending a lot of time with her grandparents and listening to their stories.


“I have always had a caring and compassionate nature and after working within the retail sector for years I decided I wanted a change and to make a difference, I got chatting to a friend outside my daughters school and she suggested I try caring.


It was the best decision I had ever made. I enjoyed it so much, seeing my ladies and gents faces every time I went in and the difference it made not only to them but to me. I really felt that I was making a difference and was so happy at my job for the first time.”


Debbie has extensive experience in the care sector. She started her career in care in 2006 as a Care Professional in her local community. Her passion for looking after others has led to her working in a variety of settings, from domiciliary care, dementia care and adults with learning difficulties.


“In 2017 I started with my previous employer as a supervisor, becoming the manager shortly after. I passed my level 5 in health and social care in 2019 and then passed my CQC fit person interview to become the registered manager, overseeing 2 large branches of the company, running over 250 staff and 500 clients.”


Debbie’s background as both a Care Professional and registered manager makes her the ideal person to understand the challenges facing both clients and employees.


“I enjoy a challenge and am looking forward to building an extremely successful business with great values. About Abigail
We would like to introduce you to Abigail, Business Development Manager for Radfield Home Care Fareham, Gosport & Warsash.


What is your background before joining Radfield?
After leaving college, I worked in care homes, nursing homes, and residential facilities. After earning a Certificate in Community Services, I spent 15 years working for the local council in Perth, Western Australia, where I was trained as an assessor. In this role, I conducted holistic, person-centred assessments during home visits. I also undertook additional training in frontline management. For the past six years, I worked for the NHS in a role that mirrors my previous experience.


How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
My previous role in the care sector has been instrumental in preparing me for my new position as a Business Development Manager. Working in care developed my interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships—all of which are essential in business development.


What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
I was inspired to work in the care industry because I’ve always had a deep sense of empathy and a desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. From a young age, I found fulfilment in helping others—whether it was supporting a family member through illness or simply offering a listening ear to someone in need. Seeing the impact that kindness and patience can have on someone’s well-being sparked something in me.


How do you feel your role and your experience will benefit Radfield’s clients?
I find it both natural and rewarding to be in a position to advocate for Radfield Home Care.
