Azelea Care Solutions supported my brother for the last 12 months of his life after suffering a stroke, he received excellent care throughout. I would especially like to commend the care manager, always keeping me updated on any changes, she would step in at short notice to provide care. She is completely devoted and compassionate in her role and has a good team. Thank you all for the support and care you gave my brother. I would highly recommend Azelea Care.

We have employed the manager and her team for the last 2 years. They offer a first-class service which my mother and I have very much appreciated. They are reliable, friendly, conscientious and very good timekeepers. I wouldn't want any other care service involved in her personal care.

On release from hospital our 88 year old mum who has alzheimers/dementia needed daily care. After several months of using another provider we could not believe our good luck in finding Azelea care solutions. They genuinely care about our mum. Her needs and wellbeing are forefront of everything. Mum has almost zero mobility and on occasions nasty mood swings due to the dementia but despite difficult times the carers are always very patient and understanding. They treat her with dignity and always endeavour to make her smile and laugh when she is feeling miserable. They take time to sit and talk with her and never rush her even when things are taking longer than they should. The carers work with us on all levels to meet mums needs and communication is good. They are always alert to mum's medication and keep us informed when items need replacing. As a family we feel mum is very safe in their hands. They are truly professional at every level and I cannot highly recommend them enough.
