I am so impressed with their service The manager Eyene was an incredibly professional individual who kept us up to date throughout the process and beyond company made sure to send us very caring workers to look after my aunt me and my family not only appreciate that but would highly recommend their services to anyone without having a second thought thanks Eyene once again

I would like to thank two members of staff who showed my bedbound grandmother great care in her final months.

Both these young ladies offered kindness and professionalism. On difficult occasions they were prepared to accommodate our requests for extra help. Always willing to adapt. They often greeted my grandmother with warmth, which she greatly enjoyed, even in her difficult circumstances. I would like to say thank you to both.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing such brilliant care.

I am happy with the service, very satisfied with the carer, Happy with the care that my uncle is receiving. The carer is polite, understanding, patience, good communicator, helpful and goes an extra mile to help.

The carer is always on time and very helpful. He understands my dad's routine and always asks what else he can do to support dad. Overall a very good experience.

I would recommend Avid care agency, the entire admin staff and manager is also very helpful and always at hand for any queries.

The best. They are very caring help support us as the family. Always making sure we are ok along with the patient. They make sure to listen and hear our worries and concern and give very good advice and help. Are always coming to visit when it's needed.

The service is satisfactory have to inform head office to contact me instead of my dad several times regarding any changes.

Avid has been a very organised and caring organisation. My father is suffering from a serous condition with a number of care needs which have been fully accommodated by the company. Well done and highly recommended !!

We were so pleased with the care and attention to detail that the carers from Avid Care had with my Aunt, especially one lady. She was amazing, she is an asset to this company nothing was too much trouble, she made my aunt feel very comfortable and relaxed. She made us all feel at ease and very quickly became an important part of our family. She cared for my aunt with such patience and ensured all my aunt's needs and wants were met. I cannot thank her enough for all the love and support she provided to my aunt.

The communication was excellent. I am so glad they helped my mother in her final days.

The carers who looked after my mother-in-law were truly amazing. They were caring, spoke Gujarati, compassionate and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They would even make Mum smile with their jokes. We would highly recommend Avid Care.
