Overall I am very pleased with the level of care that I receive from Firstcall 247. The carers are very respectful and nothing is too much trouble. They never question anything I ask them to do and they use initiative at every level.

We have had a great few months with Tincy and her team. They have been super flexible whilst we found our feet and figured out what we actually needed. The care we have had has been exceptional and has had a huge impact on my mum and us as a family. We are really grateful for the compassion and service we have had to date and plan to use Tincy and her team for as long as we need them.

Excellent service from all the careers that helped to make my dads last few weeks comfortable,the care there shown and anything we asked was no trouble started with help from 2 visits a day then when asked for 4 visits a day nothing was to much trouble we as a family really appreciated the care we recieved.

All the carers are very helpful and polite.

They are good at what they do.

Service is excellent. All the carers are reliable and clean and make sure that my wife is taken care of and her condition.

The carers that have been assigned to me are extremely supportive and helpful, from taking a shower and getting dressed to preparing meals and helping, taking my medication and helping with the housework.

For the last 6 plus months we have been very happy and satisfied with the care given by 1st Choice.

Very caring people giving respect and dignity to client. Slight issue with client understanding verbally due to speech being difficult to catch/hear.

The staff have been wonderful and very caring. They made my father feel comfortable when dealing with hygiene matters.

So far, I am very happy with the service provided. They carry out services to best the care is very good. Exceptional service. Whatever we ask for, the carers carry it out. Very happy with the service provided for my mother.

All the carers were lovely people treating me with compassion and understanding. They were on time and had smashing senses of humour. I needed the services of the company urgently as I had been let down, and the carers started quickly to fill the gap. It was a pleasure to welcome them into my home.

Can not rate them highly enough, carers for my mum are excellent, kind and very good. They arrive on time for visits. Everything has been explained to us by the Manager down to the last details. Definitely recommend.

All staff have been wonderful, very polite and kind to my mum and myself. They are always very cheerful and this makes my mum feel good. They go above and beyond for her and I think the care is brilliant. They are very respectful and retain my mum's dignity when caring for her. Any concerns don't hesitate to contact me to ensure if there is anything else that can be done. Management are brilliant also, they have sorted out any concern right away and are very easy to talk to and get along with. Fantastic company!

The care and respect they shown to my Mum in her remaining days was fantastic. They cared for her with repeat and dignity. Everyone of the team we met was equally fantastic! They made sure my Mum was cared for and comfortable. I thank you for the care you gave to my Mum!
