Thank you to Right at Home for providing a high standard of care to our 93-year-old mum for the past year and a half. The transition from mum being totally independent to being assisted with personal care was managed in a professional and considerate way. The caregivers showed her kindness, understanding and friendship. The registered manager and her wonderful team are what everyone wants in a care service. As a nurse myself I feel it’s imperative that service users are treated with dignity and respect that they deserve. The registered manager has helped me out immensely when I have needed extra care provision for my nan at short notice. We have been using this service since December for my mother after she had a series of falls and have been very pleased with the service. The manager is a consummate professional, was very thorough in her assessments, friendly and related well to us all and has a wealth of knowledge which we have all found helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to adapt in a timely manner to my mother's changing needs.
