Please look no further - if you want to have peace of mind in the knowledge that the care provided for yourself or loved one, Right at Home is exceptional! I have no hesitation in recommending this company
as they have constantly exhibited very high standards of care for my dearly loved 86-year-old frail mum. Not only am I highly impressed, but more importantly, my mum is very happy with the care provided.

We have been using this service since December for my mother after she had a series of falls and have been very pleased with the service. The manager is a consummate professional, was very thorough in her assessments, friendly and related well to us all and has a wealth of knowledge which we have all
found helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to adapt in a timely manner to my mother's changing needs.

My mum (who is 101 years of age) has always been very independent but in the last couple of years has needed more help from myself and my sisters.
After meeting the manager and a staff member from 'Right at Home' at an open day in Uxbridge this seemed to be the right way to move forward with care
for Mum in her own home.
My mum is very happy with the care she is receiving - which equally makes us happy too.
The carers are always polite, courteous and professional - are so the management staff, always a pleasure to speak to.

I have used this service for some weeks, and I have really appreciated the support I have had. I felt confident when agency managers came to asses my needs, and subsequent contact has been excellent. The carers they have provided have been wonderful from the start. I have needed emotional support, and
she provides this always, along with the willingness to help with any task. Her visit has helped me enormously.

I am 92 years of age and normally live alone at my family home with a weekly domestic cleaner. I have broken my hips through falling so have to use a walking frame to help me walk.
Since receiving help from Right at Home for the last couple of months, which I found very kind, considerate and helpful!
My carers have been very kind and considerate, especially taking me out to garden centres etc to relieve my burden!

I am very pleased with my carer. We get on very well and have become friends. She is so very supportive and gently encouraging when we go out on our 'adventures'! It is very important for me to get out and about and she is always suggesting outings, such as the library, garden centres, art exhibitions,
feeding the ducks, local shops and etc. The house is very clean and she often suggests doing something I haven't thought of.

I have found the carers to be extremely attentive to my mother in laws needs. They are firm but extremely professional and considerate. They have been amazing support. The firm has been really good at accommodating our changes.

The service we received was excellent. Very good attention and kindness to my parent. Timekeeping was very prompt, we found the carers to be very flexible in meeting the parent's needs personally and in cleaning.
