We all found the carers very kind and very gentle with my husband and dad. Thank you.

The service we received was 1st class from start to finish. The carers were caring, professional and supportive to us both. They were respectful, nothing was too much trouble, plus they didn't rush us. Took time and effort to complete their work. Would recommend to anyone. 1st class.

The carers performed their duties well.

Semy Care gave my husband very good care, the staff were very professional but also very caring and polite to both my husband and myself. This was underlined when I had to have another care team for a month, all I can say is that Semy Care staff must be far better trained and fare more caring in compassion to this other company, Thank you Semy Care. I have asked that you be mentioned during my husband's funeral.

I have nothing but praise for the carers that looked after Michelle. They looked after her with dignity & care. Nothing was too much trouble and they treated her with the utmost respect. Thank you so much x

The care & respect shown in the 3 weeks of using Semy Care has been fantastic. The help given in this time meant that my father was able to remain at home which was his final wish. You helped him remain as comfortable as he could be. The lovely thing too was that he had the same 2 carers most days & they were exceptional. Thank you.

Some really good staff some not so good. The good staff are very thorough and on the ball nothing is to much for them. The not so good staff gets flustered and dont seem to care as much. But in all 90% are good.

This company is professional, extremely helpful. The two carers really made my mother very happy. They went above & beyond the care made her feel special treated her with dignity and care. I can't recommend them more, even though sometimes I got grumpy they were calm, polite and helped me to calm down. On the death of my mother they both hugged me it was so nice it meant the world to me.

Our experience was very good, carers were very respectful, kind and caring. There was always a family member present as dad had come home from hospital to end his life. Family were able to advocate for any communicate care needs and the carers all worked very well accommodating the communicated needs of the family. Carers were also respectful of dads comfort and wishes. There was one carer who was a constant in the 13 days dad was at home providing consistency of care.

I found the carers very kind and efficient, they all treated my mum with utmost respect and dignity. Thank you all for being so kind.

During a very difficult time of the final days of my fathers life your night staff were so lovely, comforting and a relief to have to be with my father. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Very caring and I was so grateful for their support.

All the staff were very caring and sympathetic to the situation. No job was too much even the less savoury elements. Would happily recommend you.

Excellent care and compassion.

In my mums last few days of life, the Semy care staff that came to attend to her were respectful and professional. As a family we very much appreciated this.

Apart from one small hiccup at the start of care, which was dealt with immediately, the care offered to my wife was exemplary. Advice given to me was much appreciated. The result was that my wife suffered very little and passed away peacefully whilst I held her hand. A good result, thank you.
