I want to say a big thank you to Heritage Care. I have been living on my own since January 2021 after my wife passed away. I have been feeling isolated, depressed and alone. I have been having bad thoughts and close to giving up.
Since I have had Heritage Care my whole life has changed. Because of the amazing cares I have had the privilege to meet. They are truly amazing and professional people. They have empathy, compassion and patience. I smile more now my spirits have lifted.
To me they are more than cares they are my friends.
Heritage Care you should feel really proud of your staff and for turning my life around.

Thank you

My father's condition deteriorated significantly and I had to find urgent care for him at home. Thankfully Heritage Healthcare (Bristol) was one of the first to respond to my call. The manager was easy to talk to, listened, understood what was needed and helped put a care package in place. We also had a rota of the carers names, and the times when they would be coming each week.
The carers were lovely! Arrived on time, smiling, and always treated my father with dignity and respect.
It soon became apparent that he required end of life care. The manager helped guide and support us through this difficult time, contacting the GP when needed and keeping us informed of the situation.

I cannot thank the manager and all the carers enough, for looking after my father, enabling him to remain at home to the end, which is what he and my mother always wanted. From my experience I would highly recommend this company if looking for any home care.

I took a long time to investigate various care providers. Having chosen Heritage I have to congratulate the manager as the whole process has been smooth and reassuring. No-one thinks they will need care at home, but I needed to accept that the time had come to have support with some personal care and home support.

From my initial discussion with the manager to now having carers visiting for the last month, I couldn't be happier. The carers are brilliant, they are so friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable in a difficult situation. The carers are engaging and genuinely interested in making sure I have everything I need. I would highly recommend Heritage, the manager and a particular member of staff listened to what I wanted and accomadated accordingly. Thanks ladies, mornings are much easier now.

I am an elderly carer for my wife, who has memory problems. We downsized a few years ago and now live in a comfortable house with a beautiful garden. Whilst we can, we intend to keep our independence and rely on the weekly cleaning service to maintain the high standards we enjoy.

Heritage Care have been fantastic, I cannot fault them. The carers are friendly, caring and always turn up on time and go over and above what I expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My mum is 92 and suffering with dementia so it was really important to me that she had nice carers, and I couldn't have asked for better. Right from my initial phone call to Heritage the lady on the phone was so kind and understanding to my enquiry and first impressions are so important when looking for care for a loved one. We then had an assessment and the lady that came out was so kind and considerate to mum and the assessment was so thorough which is exactly what I was looking for. Then when the carers started and were lovely to mum I felt really relaxed that she was being looked after as I would look after her. It has taken a huge pressure off me knowing mum is so well cared for. I would definitely recommend Heritage.

Heritage Healthcare Bristol daily provided friendly assistance to my husband. All his carers were sociable and treated him with great respect and dignity, as well as providing us with information regarding his condition. They were adaptable and considerate to both of us and the organisation was efficient, kind and sympathetic at all times. The management provided me with much support at a very stressful time.

I must say this homecare service have been excellent to deal with. The managers are always at the end of a phone to answer any questions or sort any changes you may need. They seem to fit the carer with the client and yes this may take a couple of changes but once the fit is found it all works extremely well. Our experience has been excellent.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Heritage Healthcare, Bristol.
I came out of hospital and needed assistance almost immediately. This was provided quickly, despite the short notice that was given.
Prior to the help being given, I was asked what sort of help I needed and what my preferences were. At the beginning of each week, I was sent a schedule of dates and times of the carer who was coming and her name.
All the ladies who came to help me were of a pleasant disposition and put me at ease whilst going about their duties. They were friendly, yet professional. I looked forward to them coming, as they brightened the day and started me off on the right foot.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Indeed, I have already done so when speaking to friends.

I can't praise Heritage enough. All the team are very courteous, helpful, and I am very happy with the care provided.
My wife recently had a hip replacement and was not able to drive, my carer was able to take me to medical appointments that had been previously booked which I am very grateful for.

I will gladly recommend Heritage to anyone.

Heritage Healthcare - well I can't praise these guys enough for all the help and care they have given my father and support to myself.

My father is very challenging and the carers and the manager are very professional and extremely good at what they do. We have tried different care companies and Heritage goes far and beyond, if there have been any niggles the manager will do everything she can to rectify them. I can't say enough about this company and rate them. I'm very grateful for everything

I love seeing my carers, we have fun while getting on with what they come for - to help me have a bath, i.e. to get in and out of it! We chat (with the help of a whiteboard). They are all wonderful and patient when I haven’t understood.

My father's package of care began when he was discharged from hospital in June and Dad was not happy to have carers at all and made no secret of it, so it was very challenging when the carers started coming. He was still very independent and didn't want help with personal care and chores in the house so all the carers could do was mainly sit and make conversation with him. They did this for approximately 3-5 weeks until Dad went into hospital and passed away. It cannot be underestimated, the value of talking to someone and Heritage slowly built a rapport with him but respected his dignity until the end. They didn't force him to let them do personal care etc and as a nurse and daughter, I'll always be grateful.

During the period that Heritage Healthcare (Bristol) provided care for my mother during her end-of-life illness, the manager of was very friendly, professional and supportive. Worked extremely hard, and went out of her way to make sure that high-quality individually-tailored care was provided. Two of the care assistants were particularly good, one of whom was a complete angel who my mother warmed to greatly. I had full confidence that the manager would arrange the high-quality care that I wanted for my mother. Also that if something needed changing or a different care assistant needed, the manager would encourage feedback and ensure that the appropriate change was made. I would definitely recommend Heritage Healthcare (Bristol).
