Excellent team.
Thank you for taking the trouble to provide your feedback which we really appreciate. We are delighted that you are enjoying our service. It means so much to the care staff to know that you enjoy our visits as much as we do!
The only issue I hold is that the communication of when sessions will be held is not great. However, the staff are lovely and that's the only problem in my opinion.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have taken on board your comments regarding your schedule of visits and hope you feel that the new system is working better for you. Do please continue to provide feedback as we are always looking for ways in which we can improve our service.
