Absolutely fantastic service from Bridgewater Home Care. I must admit, I was anxious about going away and leaving my dad who suffers with dementia. I need not have worried as the care manager reassured me right from our initial meeting that everything would be ok and she was right. When I returned, Dad was relaxed and was well and happy and talked about how lovely the staff were and how nice it was having them to visit, he really enjoyed their company. I would highly recommend to anyone and I have already booked some time for later in the year. Nothing is too much trouble and the care manager even went out of her way to get papers and any extra shopping required for my dad. Thank you to you all.

What can I say, what a wonderful company, there should be more like this. I feel like I've won the lottery after the nightmare company I had before. The carers I have are so kind and gentle, they go out of their way to do anything for you and spend time talking to you, I love them all. We are very satisfied with all of the care my husband receives. My husband is diagnosed with Dementia and all the staff are really patient with him. All of the staff go above and beyond and show so much care and compassion towards him and myself.

Bridgewater Home Care Halton really takes the stress away with the care they provide. I know everyone who comes around to help my dad will treat him with respect and do their best for him. They always take the time to speak to my dad to find out what he needs, their down-to-earth professionalism is outstanding. It's comforting to know that they are going to appear on time and having the ability to read the notes the carers leave is great.

Can I just say, from the moment they took over my mum's care, you could not fault the whole team. Absolutely treated my mum with so much respect and dignity. Explained everything to her and the family. So gentle with her as Mum was so frail. Always on time, which was important. All the staff were fabulous and put our minds at ease, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They knew exactly what to say to calm my mum if it was their own family. Would recommend them to anyone who needs care. Thank you.

I would like just to say about the care that has been provided to my mum by each and every carer that has been involved with Mum. They have shown much respect and patience with Mum at every visit. I can certainly speak for my sisters aswell from us all to say a big thank you to you all.

From day one, the care and support we have had has been outstanding. Every member of staff has given my wife a high standard of care, advice and support to our whole family involved in my wife's care. All the staff really do go above and beyond. We can't thank you all enough.

I have been receiving care and support daily, on weekdays, through the service supplied by Bridgewater Home Care (Halton) since February 2023, receiving one carer each day. Each session has been carried out preserving my dignity and I have received encouragement where appropriate from several of my carers. I have found my contact with each of my carers exemplary, as I have with the staff and those of management I have had contact with too. From my experience, I am completely satisfied with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

In my opinion, Bridgewater Homecare (Halton) offers an exemplary service to users. The management team and the care coordinators are friendly but thoroughly professional, in determining user needs and tailoring a care package to suit. The carers actually providing the service, are equally friendly and professional and offer truly caring support rather than being task-focused. Bridgewater Homecare (Halton) is not the cheapest provider of services, but offers an extremely high quality, reliable and good value-for-money service for users.

We are very pleased with the level of care we are getting from Bridgewater Homecare. Our carer and the management team are always friendly and accommodating. There is never a problem if we need to change times, due to hospital appointments and we have a few of those. From the very beginning, we have felt we were in safe hands. Our daughter-in-law did all the research and felt we would be happy with Bridgewater, she was correct. My husband's condition, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, is quite rare, so we are all learning together. I know that as his condition progresses and he needs their support, even more, he will have the same confidence in them, as he has at present. He relies mostly on me for his daily needs and giving over his care was difficult, but I need not have worried. It really is lovely to hear him and his carer chatting away, while she bathes him, his confidence in her is quite amazing, as one of the facets of his condition, is anxiety! A very good outcome, thank you.

From initial contact, excellent service, on time, experienced support, friendly contact, in service or in administration.

The management and carers are very caring, thoughtful and respectful of Dad. Very rarely late, have usually run on time, no problems here. Always have time to chat to Dad and sort his needs. Often do extra little jobs. Very happy with Dad's care package.

In many ways my situation is a tough one for a child of someone receiving care. Being 2000 miles away from my parents and having never met or interacted with the carer, apart from email and whatsapp. When you are paying for the service in that situation, you are completely reliant on second hand feedback, on whether the care is good or bad. My father requires help at the start and the end of the day, as his condition, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, causes issues with his balance and his ability to get into or out of bed (he has a hospital bed and needs to sleep in a raised position to cope with one of PSP's symptoms). My parents couldn't be happier with Bridgewater, as my dad is treated with respect and dignity (and even gets to natter about the football), I hear that on every weekly zoom call with my parents. Bridgewater, also, were incredibly flexible when it came to payment, even setting up a Paypal business account to help me pay my parents monthly charges. I can 100% recommend them.
