The carers for my father came on time all the time. There was a day that the carer was late, after contacting the agency they called back quickly with sincere apology and we had a the carer arriving in 10minutes. They have shown responsiveness many atimes follows efficiently in problemsolving, their
language is of empathy. The carers treated my father with dignity and respect, answering my father's questions without judgement and ensuring his needs were met. They sometimes went over and beyond with time 10mins over and always asked whether all was well before leaving. Putting down next times in BOLD writing for my dad nit to get anxious. Very pleased with their care and total support. I can highly recommend this agency.

I'm so grateful to the team at GoodOaks for the amazing care and support they provided. From day one, they were kind, professional, and truly dedicated to my friend's wellbeing. It wasn't easy for her to accept help at first, but thanks to the patience and warmth of her carers and the other wonderful
carers, she gradually became more comfortable having people around.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided to my mom by the team. The carers were always professional, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect. The team at GoodOaks Homecare - Edgware and Finchley, who were involved in caring for my aunt during the final year of her life, did an absolutely amazing job (despite my aunt, at times, being rather challenging). They went above-and-beyond, treated her with friendship, kindness, respect and dignity,
and helped her fulfill her wish of remaining at home to the end. I honestly do not know how we would have coped (as her only relatives, living 200 miles away) without them, and I am certain that my aunt could not have had a better team of people looking after her.

I am very grateful for the amazing care and support my father received from GoodOaks Home Care. It was incredibly reassuring to know he was looked after by such kind and compassionate carers who genuinely cared about his well-being. One of the standout aspects of this service was the personal involvement
of the director, who checked in with both me and my father at least every two weeks to ensure everything was going well. It was comforting to know that, in the event of a cancellation, the director stepped in personally to fill in the gap of need. We had moved from a different provider and we couldn't have been happier with our choice to have GoodOaks looking after our dad. Knowing he was in such capable and competent hands truly brought peace of mind to the whole of our family. The care workers had a difficult start with my friend, who was really against having a care team in place. However, the care and patience that they have shown have won her over completely and she looks forward to seeing the team each day. The team are all so respectful of her wishes and the management
of the complicated drug regime along with her personal care has given us such peace of mind. The manager is very hands-on and makes sure that the family are well informed and that the standard of care from her staff is maintained to the highest standard. I was recommended to this agency by a very discerning friend. My experience with them has been exemplary.

GoodOaks looked after my mum for two years from June 22 to June 24 when she died.
We experienced both weekly interim care and night care services during this time.
The team of GoodOaks could not be more caring and my mum enjoyed each of them who came regularly and looked forward to them coming.
Not just for caring but for chat and companionship too.
The manager of the business is passionate about her business and the quality of the care she and her team offer. Always available for contact and supporting her team while being hands-on herself. A remarkable and compassionate leader.
GoodOaks were always reliable and compassionate and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We were so lucky to have the best carers.
Whenever there was a problem, or I was concerned, the main carer would visit immediately with kindness and care.
I was always reassured and my mum was supported and cared for three difficult last years of her life, with dementia. There were difficult times
but together we navigated with love and support, vitality and good humour. My mum always had three main carers creating a memorable connection.
Sharing stories and challenging them with her strength of character and determination.
They will always be a friendly part of my life.

An excellent personal service. Kindly and efficient. It was reassuring to know that the carers had the knowledge and skills needed and that they were reliable. My mother was very content to be looked after in this way. The carers demonstrated consistent attentiveness and patience, as my mother’s needs

We have had exceptional support from this service. The director gave her wonderful personal care to my mother until under a year ago when she needed live-in care. We have had a good experience of the live-in care and the management and communication have been exceptional. I have a short meeting each
week with the director which proves to be beneficial for us all.

From the very first meeting, their team showed nothing but kindness, compassion and professionalism in caring for my grandmother. It was clear that they went above and beyond to provide the best care possible.
Every caregiver who came to our home was incredibly kind and attentive to my grandmother's
needs. They took the time to get to know her and her specific requirements and they were always willing to listen and adapt as needed. Their attention to detail was also impressive – they always made sure that she was comfortable and safe.
They also did an excellent job of keeping us informed about my grandmother's progress and any changes that occurred. They were always available to answer our questions and provide updates, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on spending quality time with my grandmother.
They truly went above and beyond to take care of my grandmother and I will always be grateful for the peace of mind they provided during difficult times.

The director and her team cared for my mother since she broke her hip in 2014 at the age of 91.We were recommended to her and care commenced just twice weekly for personal hygiene. In the years since as my mother became more frail and less able to do things for herself the director always came to the
rescue with more help where and when needed. Eventually, in January 2022 my mother needed full-time live-in care until her death in December 2022. The director provided a lovely carer whom my mother liked. All of the director's team of carers have been great. The director always discussed my mother's care and her needs with me and my sister. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the director and her team and they all looked after my mother with exceptionally good care and respect.
I highly recommend them.

We have used this agency for the past ten years. They have looked after my husband for two or three years before he died about seven years ago.
They have also looked after me after he died, particularly after I had a new knee. All the carers are very good, the whole organisation are excellent and highly

The staff from this company looked after my elderly mother for over five years. For the later part of this period on a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week basis.
They were always respectful, very patient, kind and caring with my mother. They more often than not went beyond their remit of looking after my mum.
I couldn't have managed without their help.

I started my Good Oaks branch because when it comes to caring and caring for others there is always a personal touch to it. My decision to join Good Oaks was based on their values and their ability to provide that personal touch which aligned with my core values. When I spoke to the team they helped me and ushered me through the process guiding me and providing me with enough tools to be able to start my own business.


I’m passionate about looking after people, especially during their time of need as many of us go through the varying seasons which may require us to seek assistance and I believe that individuals should treat others how they would like to be treated during those moments of vulnerability.


I got into care because I love caring for others and making sure they are safe as it gives me great satisfaction knowing that I have made a positive impact in someone’s life no matter how small it may be as these small changes could make a big difference in the person quality of life.


My previous experience/roles are working as a carer for over 20 years coming from a background of office administration and finance.


I love working in this sector because I am able to pursue my passion for caring for others, as my mother required a carer for a long time given her terminal cancer diagnosis.


This coupled with seeing how the carers impacted her life positively through their small but great daily interactions allowed me to see the impact that I was also making in the lives of those I was caring for. As well as being able to see the impact of the carers in my mother’s life the people I was caring for also expressed to me how my presence made them feel safe and at home which was rewarding.

I used to help my mum with her clients doing simple tasks such as companionship, or trips to hairdressers which got me into care. At first, I was not sure about all aspects of care and started off as a support worker. I really enjoyed this role helping others become more independent, getting them into work or college and ultimately living in their own homes. This is where I learnt how a small gesture of kindness and how we provide care and support can have a huge impact on a person’s life. This led me to become a registered manager in a small care home where I was involved in all aspects of care and enjoyed it.


My previous experiences have been in varied job sectors including nurseries and customer care which have made me a well-rounded person who understands different aspects of various industries. Although I have worked in varied industries my main and longest experience is in managing care homes for those with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties which taught me a lot about being a registered manager and its responsibilities for those whom we care for.


I love working in this sector because no day is the same, I enjoy seeing how the care and support we provide can enhance people's lives. I enjoy the different challenges each day may bring which help me learn and grow as a person.
