We have received excellent care from SNE carers. They are very caring and have time to explain everything to my husband. They are thorough with his care and pay attention to his needs. Thank you.

Carers have made a real effort to connect to and accommodate my son's needs. They are always on time, polite and helpful. It's very reassuring when leaving my son with them. It has given him confidence.

I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism shown by the SNE team while providing home care for our dad who suffers with dementia. Sometimes dad was aggressive during the visit but the team showed amazing resilience in the face of this. I was able to see their arrival through dad's Ring doorbell and they were absolutely wonderful in the way they greeted dad and did everything possible to put him at ease. Even if dad was a bit up tight when they arrived he was saying goodbye as if they were long lost friends by the time they left.

Always get excellent service from SNE. Carers are always cheerful and willing to help with anything it has made a big difference to both mine and my wife's lives.

Patience the coordinator was extremely proffessional when she carried out the initial introduction of the company and risk assessment. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone.

These wonderful people help me to care for my disabled husband, getting up and ready for the day in the morning, and again at night getting him ready for bed, making sure he is comfortable and warm, and putting all dirty clothes in to wash. They are warm and friendly, sympathetic, and professional. I can't thank them enough for the service we get with them.

I find the app system very useful and detailed even though the need to insert the person's family name is somewhat pointless when it is at the bottom of the access form.

SNE Care Services have given excellent care over the 3 years I've had the care. They are friendly and caring, can't fault them at all they are all great. Would recommend them to anyone.

An assessment review of my mum's care package took place today. Discussed what care she currently receives and whether this is still adequate or whether needs to be increased/changed. The assessor was very professional going through all the details of the package and asking Mum if any issues with any elements of care or any individual attending. Mum expressed satisfaction with the care received and praised all individual carers who have visited her for their kindness and pleasant attitude when attending.

The carers I have had for many months have been kind, courteous, and very pleasant. Some do their job better than others but on the whole, they do a good job and are very respectful.

Carers usually let me know if there is a delay which is helpful.

Absolutely shocking company! They leave rotting food in my mother's fridge then feed it to her, she can't walk to check dates so the carers should be doing this but they do not! They leave her bungalow an absolute mess, they refuse to do their jobs. They have even left her with not being fed her lunch and tea on some days because the carer is running late. They don't help her wash properly. I wouldn't let them look after rats! Shocking, absolutely shocking!

Not always on time especially in the morning and the evening. Sometimes tasks I ask for and can't do myself because I am disabled, I can't wash without a frame, especially like turning the light on is not fulfilled. Checking the fridge for food out of date, sometimes leaving the fridge and freezer door open. Not all carers are like this, there are some very helpful ones.

So lovely to see one of the carers again we have missed her, such a pleasant caring young lady and my daughter has really taken to her. When I've had to speak to SNE they have been helpful and listened to what I had to say.

If anything maybe come a bit early on an evening, especially in summer but I understand needs to fit in with rota.

We feel the company provides excellent value for the full fees. We would recommend/have recommended SNE Care to all health professionals we've encountered.

Their punctuality was excellent, and their politeness was exceptional. They were extremely professional and contacted me whenever there was a problem.

Always polite, kind, friendly and took my son's interest as a priority. The carers were never late and were helpful with other duties in the house. My son always seemed to feel comfortable in the carer's company.

We were very happy with the care review. It was thorough, we were asked questions that I hadn't even thought of and offered solutions that were appropriate. The member of staff that did the care review was friendly, and professional and listened to what we had to say.
