What a great company. They literally can't do enough to help. The staff are also great company which means so much to my brother who can't get out much. I also genuinely look forward to seeing them too. Best company he has ever been with, wish we had found them sooner. They are also flexible should my brother have an appointment.

The management were responsive to her changing needs and we always got a positive outcome from any communication with Tracey and the rest of the team. I can't thank them enough

We have had a great experience with SNE staff they have all been professional respectfully and above all caring. They have been reliable and arrive on time. As our son has a core team of staff and we are always prepared in advance as to which members of staff will be supporting our son at any given time. Staff are always happy and delightful. Our requests to alter hours has always been met and we cannot praise the care staff at SNE enough, we would definitely recommend them.

The care my husband has received from the staff at SNE has been brilliant. We had no experience of the care system and we have received care and guidance from SNE.

Carers very good, communication, they have done their job right, I am happy with what they do the manager Tracey visited and was really helpful to try and get me more support.

These young women, often living far away from their own families, are doing an essential job here in the U.K. and should be valued and respected highly for that.

Most of the carers are good, though a few are difficult to understand. Time keeping is sometimes poor, and some do not phone to warn us if they are running more than 15 minutes late. Care would be improved if we could have regular carers instead of so many different people. At the start we understood we would be given the opportunity to choose some regulars.

Care and support my daughter receiving from the staff is excellent staff member is very caring and compassionate towards their client Their dedication towards their client is beyond words. Though it is a review I take the opportunity to thank the management for their service

Carers have made a real effort to connect to and accommodate my son's needs. They are always on time, polite and helpful. It's very reassuring when leaving my son with them. It has given him confidence.

I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism shown by the SNE team while providing home care for our dad who suffers with dementia. Sometimes dad was aggressive during the visit but the team showed amazing resilience in the face of this. I was able to see their arrival through dad's Ring doorbell and they were absolutely wonderful in the way they greeted dad and did everything possible to put him at ease. Even if dad was a bit up tight when they arrived he was saying goodbye as if they were long lost friends by the time they left.

Overall I am very happy with this services and the carer's girls are given me...Thank you very much ...

Some of the carers are fantastic at what they do and some could do with a push to make them work better.

This is a great support for us as we both work and means we can go to work knowing our son is cared for and happy.

I have been with SNE Care for more than one year. The carers are very very good. They are kind and gentle and have treated me with much dignity and respect. Very efficient in their works.I am very much satisfied with my carers .

Have trouble getting in touch with office at times it says mail box is full!!!!!
