I would like to just thank all the carers very much for the care they have given me over the last few weeks.
They were lovely caring girls, and I'm feeling a lot better now thanks to all of them.
I shall certainly miss them coming in to look after me. I shall miss their lovely kind ways. Thank you.

I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism shown by the SNE team while providing home care for our dad who suffers with dementia. Sometimes dad was aggressive during the visit but the team showed amazing resilience in the face of this. I was able to see their arrival through dad's Ring doorbell
and they were absolutely wonderful in the way they greeted dad and did everything possible to put him at ease. Even if dad was a bit up tight when they arrived he was saying goodbye as if they were long lost friends by the time they left.

The carers are generally very good and friendly. The only problem is that sometimes they are given slightly different time from my rota.
We also still dont have our ideal time but I realuse its not easy to give everyone their time.

Todays carer i feel has done exactly what I asked of her.some of the carers do their job and some are not good enough for this job.

We have carers every morning to support our son to get ready. They also take him to have breakfast before he goes to his day service.
Our son likes all of his carers and waits for them coming to the house before he will start to get ready.

Carers are amazing and look after my mum as good as I would myself.

The care provided is usually of a good standard a few of the staff may struggle with English but are improving in their English language skills on a whole the staff are pleasant mad willing to help the office staff are always willing to listen and help sort things if any problems arise

SNE started looking after our elderly mother a couple of weeks ago after a bad experience with a different care company, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Every staff member has been kind to my mother and treat her with dignity and respect. My mother is really happy with the carers as well.

I couldn't have continued caring for my parents at home without the help of the carers. Their wish was to remain at home & with the dedication & kindness of the team my Dad was able to pass at home last year in the room he was born in 93 years ago & my mother continues to be cared for at home, as is
her wish. Thank you to you all, you maybe don't realise how much I appreciate your support.
