My Cousin has received service from this Care Service for the last year.
They are very professional and look after her very well. If there is a need to contact me they do and I can always contact them at their Office.
We are very pleased with the service.

What a great company. They literally can't do enough to help. The staff are also great company which means so much to my brother who can't get out much. I also genuinely look forward to seeing them too. Best company he has ever been with, wish we had found them sooner. They are also flexible should my brother have an appointment.

The care my mam received from her carers at SNE was outstanding. They were caring, compassionate and thoughtful to my mams needs. She was treated with dignity and respect until her last breath.

The management were responsive to her changing needs and we always got a positive outcome from any communication with Tracey and the rest of the team. I can't thank them enough

Overall Experience

We have had a great experience with SNE staff they have all been professional respectfully and above all caring. They have been reliable and arrive on time. As our son has a core team of staff and we are always prepared in advance as to which members of staff will be supporting our son at any given time. Staff are always happy and delightful. Our requests to alter hours has always been met and we cannot praise the care staff at SNE enough, we would definitely recommend them.

The care my husband has received from the staff at SNE has been brilliant. We had no experience of the care system and we have received care and guidance from SNE.

My mother is happy with the exceptional kindness and care of the carer she calls 'Hasni' which can be translated as Smiler! (Nargis)
The other carers are also very pleasant and responsive .
As a family we are impressed with all the carers from Bangladesh who are highly dedicated and professional, while expressing the South Asian / Muslim cultural values of respect and genuine care for elders.

These young women, often living far away from their own families, are doing an essential job here in the U.K. and should be valued and respected highly for that.

Overall Experience

Most of the carers are good, though a few are difficult to understand. Time keeping is sometimes poor, and some do not phone to warn us if they are running more than 15 minutes late. Care would be improved if we could have regular carers instead of so many different people. At the start we understood we would be given the opportunity to choose some regulars.

I would like to just thank all the carers very much for the care they have given me over the last few weeks.
They were lovely caring girls, and I'm feeling a lot better now thanks to all of them.

Todays carer i feel has done exactly what I asked of her.some of the carers do their job and some are not good enough for this job.

Some of the carers are fantastic at what they do and some could do with a push to make them work better.

Overall Experience
We have carers every morning to support our son to get ready. They also take him to have breakfast before he goes to his day service.
Our son likes all of his carers and waits for them coming to the house before he will start to get ready.
They are an important part of his daily routine.
They also pick him up from the day service to bring him home.

This is a great support for us as we both work and means we can go to work knowing our son is cared for and happy.

I find all the carers provided to be, kind, considerate, diligent, professional, compassionate, understanding, caring, trustworthy, appreciative. I may add that I also find the management staff to be the same.

I am more than happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending the provider.

All staff are verry good at what they do could not aske for better always on time and nice to get on with some times a bit late at night time call but i am not going any were i am sorry i am not to good at this never have been.

Carers are amazing and look after my mum as good as I would myself.
All the girls are an absolute credit to the company.
I have peace of mind, when I have to work that the girls look after my mum and her home.
