Since starting my first care job at the age of 18, I knew that it was a great passion of mine, giving back to others gave me a great sense of fulfilment. Over the years I have worked out in the community and care homes, I quickly realised that caring for individuals in their own homes was where I wanted to be and was much more person-centred. I started working at SNE Care Services in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant and progressed to Operations Manager and then on to my current role as Registered Manager, something I am very proud of. I take great pride in making SNE Care the best and have great determination and ambition to continually improve and develop SNE Care. I am also a qualified trainer in Moving and Handling, Dementia Care and Medication Management. I can 100% say with a big smile on my face that every day I wake up and cannot wait to come to work and see what the day brings.

Nine years ago I found myself totally changing my career pathway from being a Personal Assistant, considered a prestigious job, to being a Carer and rose through the ranks to Senior Carer and was promoted to Care Coordinator. It was my passion since I was a child to be a Nurse so getting into this field was smooth sailing. I quickly felt a sense of belonging as I worked with the best team. I joined SNE Care as Care Coordinator since its inception in 2015 the position which I still hold at present.
