SNE Care were fabulous, we couldn’t recommend them enough. The staff were very compassionate, respectful and caring towards my late mother. They offered a full package of care for morning, afternoon and nighttime calls. My mother responded well to them and she especially liked her carer and another young girl. We were happy with the service you provided and will never forget you all, thank you so much.
Thank you for the lovely feedback. It was a pleasure caring for your mum.
They made my dad's and my life caring for my mum so much easier. They deserve so much for all the help. Caring is a hard job emotionally and physically. A massive thank you to you all. One thing I would suggest would be a little more training with new staff on certain things like hoists and ceiling track hoists. Thank you again.
Thank you for the lovely feedback, great to hear.
Both myself and my family feel reassured that our dad is in safe hands.
They proactively fix problems, such as medication running out and each of them always communicates with us whenever necessary.
The company provides live reports if we need to monitor normal visits, which is excellent.
They have eased the pain and anguish we were experiencing before we started the services.
Thank you for the lovely feedback; it's great to hear.
Given the existing challenges faced by the healthcare system, I wanted to provide some feedback to you about how every interaction that we receive from SNE has been extremely positive. The team are always attentive and arrive with a refreshing, positive attitude, which immediately places you at ease and nothing is ever too much trouble. The level of care, compassion and support that the carers are providing, must be acknowledged and the fact that they are consistently arriving before 7 am each morning, and for the midday and evening sessions, there is never an occasion where they have been late or failed to attend. I would not hesitate to recommend SNE care to anyone looking for home care, and I have already commented on how impressed I am with other stakeholders within the care system.
Thank you for such lovely feedback, I have shared this with the team. It was such an honour to provide care to your father.

Since starting my first care job at the age of 18, I knew that it was a great passion of mine, giving back to others gave me a great sense of fulfilment. Over the years, I have worked in the community and care homes, I quickly realised that caring for individuals in their own homes was where I wanted to be and was much more person-centred. I started working at SNE Care Services in 2016 as a Senior Care Assistant and progressed to Operations Manager and then on to my current role as Registered Manager, something I am very proud of. I take great pride in making SNE Care the best and have great determination and ambition to continually improve and develop SNE Care. I am also a qualified trainer in Moving and Handling, Dementia Care and Medication Management. I can 100% say with a big smile on my face that every day I wake up, and cannot wait to come to work and see what the day brings.
Nine years ago I found myself totally changing my career pathway from being a Personal Assistant, considered a prestigious job, to being a Carer and rose through the ranks to Senior Carer and was promoted to Care Coordinator. It was my passion since I was a child to be a Nurse so getting into this field was smooth sailing. I quickly felt a sense of belonging as I worked with the best team. I joined SNE Care as Care Coordinator since its inception in 2015 the position which I still hold at present.
Having worked with SNE care since the start, I have grown and progressed within the company. I enjoy teaching & developing staff to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. I have completed my NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care & hope to soon progress on to my Level 5.
I started SNE Care after leaving school at the age of 16 as an office apprentice. I then progressed to being a care assistant at the age of 17, then later progressed to being a senior care assistant at the age of 19. From this, I have gained 30+ training qualifications, including train the trainer, safeguarding and my NVQ 3. I plan to progress to my NVQ 5 and eventually gain further knowledge in my role. I have recently been promoted to Team leader and am very grateful to progress and learn each day.
