I very much enjoy visits from my caregiver. I was reluctant to have any help but am so glad I do. They help me with anything I need and we laugh a lot. I also enjoy outings and look forward to seeing her.

We are very happy with the service we are receiving. The carers are very kind, helpful and this has enabled my father to improve in health. Excellent service from the onset for punctuality, professionalism and caring. The small dedicated team have treated me with dignity, respect and kindness and have spent quality time with me. There's not enough words to say how 'Right at Home' carers have helped me at a most difficult time with my husbands health issues, they have been carers in every way, taking a personal interest in his welfare and doing their job at the highest level. Carers helped my wife during her last weeks. They always held her hand when my wife was in pain. Spoke kindly and cared for her. They were lovely, my wifes face lit up when the carers came to visit.

I have been receiving daily visits since returning from hospital on the 9th April. The visits have been 3 times a day with 5 overnight stays. The service has been of the highest class, and I have been very impressed with all the carers who have visited my home. I can recommend this company to all who need care on a regular basis.

We are very happy with the service we receive from Right At Home Lymm. My mum has regular carers and likes the fact that she sees the same carers and can get to know them. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure Mum is looked after and comfortable. Good communication, too, when necessary.

The care team that came to look after my wife was very special! From the first day, they were very obliging and helpful and looked after my wife as if it was our grandchildren calling bathing her and all her needs she was just looking forward to them coming, they are a very special team of ladies. Myself and my daughter cared for my wife but they knew what other needs she required and I must say they knew a lot of other things. Asking us to pone district nurses on the odd occasions where drivers were leaking? Also, doctors to check swollen parts of the hip that got infected! Excellent, we miss them all.

Meet the Team (5)
Clare has been working with Right at Home for 7 years and comes from a previous career in the NHS, Clare is passionate about Right at Home's mission and values, supporting clients to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible in their own homes with the highest possible quality care.
Although Carla works primarily in the back office managing our accounts and payroll, she also has many years of providing care to a cherished family member. With her experience in both accounting and providing care, she is a much valued member of the team, supporting our ethos of quality and supporting people to remain independent at home.
Working in retail leaving college is all I have ever known, but after a short illness in 2020, it finally gave me the motivation to get out of retail for good. Stumbling upon Right at Home in 2022, I decided it was time for a change. From supporting people with day-to-day tasks within their homes or helping families care for their loved ones, I can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner!
I came into care 5 years ago as I thought it would be rewarding but did not really know what to expect having met so many amazing and inspirational people over the years I can't imagine doing anything else, every day is different and I always love going to work, what more could you ask for.
Katie first started with us as a CareGiver and in January 2025, started working in our office supporting accounts and the general office, and more recently, marketing and recruitment. Although she has many years of office experience with strong skills in marketing and communications, she continues to provide care calls as she has a real passion for caring and supporting people.
