A great service provided for my wife so she can have a shower and dress each day.

I am very satisfied with the care I receive. The carers are all considerate and helpful, and the company is responsive and keen to respond to any issues should they arise.

Johns carers are all helpful and kind to us and help me and john keep cheerful in a world that is not perfect for older disabled people. They come in and ask how we are, when I feel nobody cares, they complain I do not given them enough to, but I like to keep busy as it stops me from feeling worthless. John knows the carers that come and looks forward to seeing them, as I do, they are all nice people and want to help.

AMG provide a carer for my husband for 2 hours every week so I can have a break.The carer quickly built a good relationship with him and he looks forward to their weekly chats and visits to local cafes.I always feel reassured when I leave him in their care

There have been queries over times issued on the rota, but the team have always been really helpful in making changes if necessary. I would without doubt recommend their services, both carers and the back office team work well together to provide a reliable and efficient service.

Without exception all the carers have met my needs in an efficient manner. In addition they have provided that social contact essential to one living alone. All have been very friendly which creates the right ambience. Nothing is too much trouble.

The care my wife has received has been wonderful and the Carers have become friends. The whole organisation has become a part of our family and care for us very well. Our only gripe has been timings of some of the visits which has impacted on my wife's medication regimen a little but one of the staff has tried to resolve the issue with some success. Of course there will be some days where the visit timings have to change but generally they are on time. Well done everyone.

Love the carers that visit us they are friendly and efficient and do there job well. They treat my brother well and he gets on with them, The staff are very helpfull and go out of there way to sort out any problems. After looking after him for over 20 years i have got set in my ways which can create problems but they seem to realise this and take it in there stride. At the moment i am not well myself as i am being treated for skin cancer and i need a carer for my Brother while i am being treated. My Brother has learning diffulties and is serverely disabled so he needs people that are understanding and sympathetic to care for him as they are.

I found the quality of care I experienced from the company and staff was excellent and time keeping for visits which I find important was very good. Communication between myself and management was also very good any problem resolved quickly and professionally.

Mum reported that the ladies that supported her were on time and very helpful. I didn't get a report from the carer ,which I do from other micro providers, this would of been good practice. I am happy with the overall care .

After a disastrous start with another care agency, AMG Caring Agency was a breath of fresh air. Initially my father required care three times a day and we were never let down once. All the carers arrived on time and were extremely professional and kind to my dad. They eased my mother's fears and anxieties and made their home visits a pleasure. Some of the carers even came on their day off to look after my dad. I would definitely recommend them. The first office staff are very friendly and obliging and quickly responded to any changes we made regarding my dad's requirements. So thank you to all the carers involved.

I found that the carers were all very nice, kind and gentle with him. They were all very friendly and some he could have a laugh with. He enjoyed seeing them every day, it was nice for him to talk to other people instead of me. They were just very genuine nice kind people . Nothing was too much trouble.

A special thank you to the Client Coordinator for the hospital visits.

All I can say to say is thank you for a good 10 days and I am looking forward to getting to know you all better in time

AMG has always provided a quality and safe service for my Mum for many years. They have always had good communication with us as a family and it has been easy for us to communicate with them any changes in my Mum's care. They do regular face to face check ins to review the care plan ensuring it is up to date. My Mum loves all the carers and they make her feel at ease. Best care company ever.

AMG provided a great service for our mother who has vascular dementia. The care given by the AMG team was well received by mum who got on well with the individual carers. The services included preparing meals, personal care such as showering and home tasks. AMG came to mums care up until we were unable to keep mum at home last August. I found AMG a professional company and found the App used to communicate scheduling and provide daily feedback really helpful.

I would certainly recommend them.

AMG provided Care at Home to my wife from Dec 2022 until she died in Sept 2024. I cannot praise them enough for their help and support during that time. The Carers treated my wife with respect, great kindness and understanding. The management were always available to help with any problems and advice that I needed. I am grateful that they made it possible for my wife to spend the last months of her life in her own home with me.

AMG Care Services were very efficient and mum enjoyed the company of the majority of the carers, they were all very good to mum which helped keep her anxiety levels down. Very helpful. Got mum out of the house when the weather was fine.
