Happy with service. All care staff friendly and helpful. Good support with requirements as needed. Times are mostly suitable but sometimes traffic problems result in delays beyond the carers control. Happy to recommend care company to anyone needing various levels of support. I have three calls per day, but can be up to 4 times a day if required.

AMG Care Services have taken such good care of my dad who has vascular dementia. Every carer treated him with respect and he loved them. The carers helped him with his medication, washing etc. Making sure he was comfortable having food and drink to hand. Any potential health issues that were noticed, toe nail cutting etc. Was brought straight to my attention which was so good in keeping him happy and healthy and able to live in his own home. The carers would also chat to him, giving him company whilst they assisted him which was really good for his mental health which improved greatly after we used AMG for his care. Any medication updates, queries etc. Were dealt with so quickly as you can either ring up or email and you would be given a prompt response, his carer was brilliant in regards to this. I can't recommend this company enough.
