Jankan services were fantastic, the care provided by the carers to my husband treated with such dignity and care they were very patient & gentle. They should be proud of the service that is delivered by their employees.

The care received by mum was perfect and everything that you hope it would be when searching for care. Mum was so happy to see them everyday. They were professional, punctual, and courteous and made mum laugh all the time.

Their care of her was very tender and loving. She loved them.

Jane the manager was very thorough and caring, and obviously had such a wealth of knowledge and guided us expertly through the process and even did a client visit to check on mums welfare .

We were very happy with the care given to my mother when she was in her last weeks. The ladies that came to care for her were empathetic, kind and attentive. It really helped us as a family in those finals weeks and meant that mum was clean and comfortable to the end. Losing a loved one to illness can be so difficult but having this care is so important to make it easier.

They were punctual courteous and respectful at all times .

The Jankan team looked after my wife for nine weeks. They were always prompt and nothing was as too much trouble. Always happy and cheerful and treated her with the utmost respect. My mum was discharged on end of life care in May with Jankan Care setting in for all the personal care duties. Prior to their first visit manager came to see me to go through in detail my mum's needs. From the first day of the new carers, I was reassured to see their kindness, compassion and gentleness with my mum the patient and would highly recommend them to care for your loved one.

I was 100% satisfied with the care and help given to my partner, who passed away recently. Carers were professional, compassionate, and treated my partner with utmost respect and dignity. Jankan looked after my mother in law for a few months before she moved into a nursing home. I found from the very first day the manager kept me up to date with her care and any issues that arose. This was very helpful for me as I am in a very difficult health situation with my husband looking after him and dealing with his complex care. The carers always looked after her care needs well and I would recommend this agency for anyone else thinking of care for their loved ones

All I can say the staff are great, very punctual, very kind to my wife, she especially looked forward the last visit of the day, taking special care that she was comfortable for the night. All staff were very polite and made a fuss of my daughter when she was there, as she was finding it hard.

Absolutely the best care we could have had for mum. Every carer that came was professional respectful and so very kind. I can't find any negative to say about the company. One staff member would also visit to make sure all was going well, something that you don't find with most care agencies. I would highly recommend the manager and her team of such wonderful carers. Mum was very well looked after by them and she loved all the girls. They were always happy and made mum smile. Can't thank them all enough. My mother passed way in May. The home care team were attending for the last few weeks of mum's life. They were very thoughtful, respectful and helpful throughout.

The manager and three of her boys looked after my father in his final days. I don't know what we would have done without them, they were the only ones there when we needed them no matter what/when. The manager was always a phone call away helping us and coming out if needed, the boys were caring, efficient and just amazing human beings. Jan care went above and beyond helping us all during a very stressful, emotional time, they were a godsend.

Well they were def sent down to help us in our hour of need the manager was so helpful , supportive throughout the whole process. The team of ladies who assisted my mother in law were 100% dedicated, caring, respective in all areas of the care we had 4x times a day, i was fully updated all the time by the manager and although i only had them a few days before she passed they made a difgicult situation much easier.
