  • We are flexible in the services that we provide and will be happy to discuss individual requirements; however, we are not able to assist with certain tasks, for example: Gardening, unless as an activity, Lifting and furniture removal, Working at heights, Technical tasks for which staff are not trained for, We do not offer nursing care, medical procedures, dispensing medicines or giving injections.

My mother-in-law urgently needed end-of-life care. I came across Jankan Care and I found them very professional and caring towards my mother. I was always in contact with the care manager when I needed to. The carers who were assigned to my mum were always on time, caring and supportive to the rest
of my family until the end of her life.

I've been working in care for more than 15 years. I started out as a healthcare assistant, then became a registered mental nurse, and am now a registered manager. I have learned about many things, such as mental health, caring for the elderly, and different learning disabilities and illnesses.


As a Registered Manager, I use my extensive experience gained through my career in care throughout my role to ensure each client and their family feel special and fully supported. I take my responsibilities seriously, and nothing cheers me up more than hearing from the people we've helped that they're pleased with the service we've provided for them.
