I cannot fault this service from first contact, through assessment visit and care provided. Everything was easy. Management made us feel welcome and were happy to provide care. The care did an excellent job providing care and attention to detail. This is a good care provider and I would not hesitate to use them again in future. Excellent service, keep up the good work! Following a hospital stay, my mum required additional care at home to get her back on her feet again. She had always dreaded the idea of having “someone in” as she put it but the carer provided by Surrey Downs has been a delight and Mum actively looks forward to her visits. I’m sure that has helped in her recovery. I would add that the whole process of setting up care has been easy and straightforward, a great relief at what has otherwise been a very stressful time. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Downs to anyone requiring home care.

On my unannounced visits to my friend, I have always been warmly welcomed. My friend has always been happy and often praises the staff. I have always been offered something to drink. Every suggestion I have made to improve her day has always been listened to and implemented.

My husband has been in receipt of home care for the last five months. He is very happy with his carer, who is a very kind, caring young man.
