The agency provides personal care, companionship, sit-in support, and live-in care tailored to each individual. Visits begin at 45 minutes, giving carers enough time to make a cup of tea, sit together, and build genuine relationships instead of simply rushing through tasks. Every care plan is shaped around what matters most to the client - their routines, their independence, and the little things that help each day feel familiar and personal.
A settled local team is led by a registered manager based in Lowestoft, supported by two care coordinators and a regional administrator handling scheduling and family liaison. Continuity is a priority - clients are matched with carers they recognise, not whoever happens to be free that morning.
The branch is part of Kingsley Healthcare, a family-owned care provider established in 1999. Families are welcome to arrange a free, no-obligation home assessment to talk things through.

I cannot find any fault with the carers, they are polite, friendly and treat me with respect. I hope Winter time they put covers on their shoes when it is wet.

The support from the carers and manager has been supportive, reliable, caring and flexible. This is the first time we have needed to explore the use of carers and so far the experience we have had has exceeded our expectations.
