The whole experience with Flexicare has been brilliant, from setting up the care package to delivery of daily care. It has absolutely spot on. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful, and very caring. Feedback from staff has been very useful, and helpful. Would certainly recommend it.

Heidi started with us as a bank carer in August 2019, she came into the office to look at our system processes and stepped into the role of HR Manager in February 2021. Heidi now takes on the role of our Newent and Ledbury Manager.
