I suppose this is a good time of year to write a review after your carers have been looking after my wife of 60 years since June.
I am finding it difficult to find the words that would sufficiently express what I feel about the unstinting care given by each and every one of the ladies who have given
their all in their duties, done with light heartedness and fun and thoroughness during these 6 months.
Flexicare seem to have a magic formula in their recruitment policy which has produced some truly amazing carers from many parts of the planet. Congratulations to you all and long may it last.

We contacted Flexicare on the recommendation of another carer we know. Mum lives alone after dad died, but due to advanced dementia required 24 hr care. As all the family live away, this is a great option as it keeps Mum at home with everything familiar to her. Her carer has been with her for just over
4 months and has been a godsend to Mum and to the family. She achieved a wonderful routine for Mum and became like family to her. Sadly, the carer had to leave for personal reasons, but her replacement achieved seamless handovers from her predecessor. She has now settled in beautifully, and Mum has remained contented and happy.

The whole experience with Flexicare has been brilliant, from setting up the care package to delivery of daily care. It has absolutely spot on. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful, and very caring. Feedback from staff has been very useful, and helpful. Would certainly recommend it.
