I'm happy with the care I get from the carers. They are always polite and caring.

We contacted Flexicare on the recommendation of another carer we know. Mum lives alone after dad died, but due to advanced dementia required 24 hr care. As all the family live away, this is a great option as it keeps Mum at home with everything familiar to her. Her carer has been with her for just over 4 months and has been a godsend to Mum and to the family. She achieved a wonderful routine for Mum and became like family to her. Sadly, the carer had to leave for personal reasons, but her replacement achieved seamless handovers from her predecessor. She has now settled in beautifully, and Mum has remained contented and happy.
