Excellent care. Care In Our Hands are the fourth provider we have had and are by far away the most efficient, attentive and professional care company we have had. Kind regards.
Although Mum's care company are relatively new, the carers and management have demonstrated complete respect and kindness for Mum. Mum, who is living with Alzheimer's, has always been supported with dignity and in a way that is individual to her. There is very good communication between the care organisation and myself and if there have been any concerns about her physical or mental well-being, they have reported this to me immediately. Similarly, I feel that the carers and management have listened to us too. I'm very confident that Mum's care needs are being effectively met, so much so, that I've been able to go away on holiday, safe in the knowledge that Mum is being supported to the highest of standards.
