I cannot praise Dignity highly enough. All of my mum's carer's are friendly, compassionate and professional. They complete all duties with enthusiasm and I have absolute confidence in them and more importantly so does my mum. She looks forward to seeing them and they have a laugh together which is great to see and hear. I have returned to my home in Australia knowing my mum is well supported, thank you.
I cannot recommend Dignity Homecare highly enough. From the moment I met the manager, I knew that she was the right person to care for my dear friend. The manager's passion for caring sits at the heart of everything she does and, as a result, she has created a wonderful team around her. The care team were only with us for just over a week but in that time they looked after my friend as if she was one of their family. They were thoughtful, kind, respectful, resourceful, dedicated, flexible and ensured that my friend was cared for in the way she wanted. We were kept up to date on every aspect of my friend's care and on any developments from other agencies. It was a difficult time for all my friend's friends but the standard of care that the manager and her team provided allowed us to spend precious time with our dear friend without worrying about her daily needs. Thanks to the whole team for what you gave to my friend in the time you were with her and thanks especially to the manager for your support and dedication.
Management was very approachable, client centred, and professional. Arranged a weekly carer visits to our requirements and daily emergency cover when it was required. The carer was very experienced with good communication skills and a sense of humour.
I can't recommend the managers and the rest of the team highly enough. They are thoughtful, kind, and really pragmatic. My brother and I feel really lucky that we have found them. My father feels safe and happy with the provision they provide, and everything is done with consideration and kindness. No stone is left unturned. Really wonderful people and an excellent care provider.
We needed extra support for our mum, who lives on her own and has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's. From the very start, the staff at Dignity Homecare treated our mum with kindness, dignity and respect. Staff keep us informed of any issues, and suggest ways to improve mum's quality of life. Mum can get very low in mood and, after a discussion with the manager, she now goes out once a week to cafes, garden centres or to visit friends - always with the same member of staff (who mum now regards as a valued friend). She looks forward to these outings so much. Staff from Dignity Homecare prepare mum's meals, dispense her meds, deal with her prescriptions and, most importantly, take the time to chat, play games, look at photos, do some crafting, listen to music, or sit in the garden with her. We are confident that they have mum's health and quality of life at the heart of their service. We recommend Dignity Homecare to anyone without hesitation.
Dignity are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend anyone to use their team. I didn't think I could let anyone care for my mum, but now they go into my mums home 4 times a day, they are so caring and kind to mum and to our family, keeping us up to date on how mum is, organising doctor and nurse appointments. The support we get from them is amazing and I don't know where we would be without them.
Dignity care, care for our mum. I cannot express in words the difference they have made to her wellbeing. They treat her with kindness and respect at all times. They keep us informed of how she is regularly, I really feel we are all part of the same team. They have made such a difference to the whole family, we don't have to worry about her now she is in their care. I would recommend them to anybody having to make the difficult decision to start allowing someone to start helping with the care of someone you love.
I cannot praise Dignity Care enough my husband was ill with dementia and the ladies who gave him care were empathetic and really did care about him nothing was too much trouble they were always respectful of his illness and understanding of the difficulties it entailed I found them to be first class in there approach to him
Their kindness and professionalism are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble even when we ask to change times/days at the last minute. Their cheerfulness has kept us going over the last few months. Thank you to all the team.
My husband was my carer but sadly passed away. I struggled badly, mainly due to my poor mobility, but it was suggested that I contact Dignity Homecare. What a change in my life! The staff are charming, efficient and professional. I have freshly prepared meals and help wherever needed. I look forward to their visits. As time goes by and my health deteriorates, I know that I don’t need to worry, as I can increase the amount of care according to my needs. I heartily recommend the service that Dignity Homecare provides.
Thank you for these kind words we will continue to support you to the best of our ability.
I would like to say that the service that is provided is of the highest quality. My dad is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. As a family we can be assured that he is exceptionally well cared for - he feels safe and happy. We really couldn't ask for more than that. Thank you to the whole team who always go that extra mile!
Thank you so much for these kind words. It's with great pleasure at Dignity Homecare to help and support our clients to the best of our ability.
