I needed a carer after mum left hospital after 3 months. I phoned a few and Chimes sounded so friendly.
They came out and met me and mum and we had a lovely chat and arranged a starting date, times of visits and mum's needs, which are quite full on.

They came out and met me and mum and we had a lovely chat and arranged a starting date, times of visits and mum's needs, which are quite full on.
The carers are wonderful and we love the fact that mum sees the same carer and she is an absolute life saver.
I love the app as it shows each visit and the details of medication given, food, drink, mums mood, movement, and details of the whole visit.
They are easy to contact and returns my messages straight away.

My mother was in need of a care package in May 2024. After speaking to providers I chose to meet with a representative from Chime Care at my mothers property. The meeting went well, many questions were asked by both parties and we were satisfied that Chime Care would be suitable for my mother's needs. Staff built a very good relationship with Mum and she was more than happy with the care provided. Mum sadly was admitted to hospital in March 2025 with more health issues and requested that she be placed into a care home for 24 hour care. She was very sad to be saying good bye to her carers but understood that she needed to feel safe in the knowledge that she would have care 24/7. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank Chime Care staff for the very professional service given to Mum for the 11 months they looked after her.

Brilliant! They have been there for me through a personal roller coaster starting at COVID. Very reliable, lovely people and they are always available for me. There app is jolly good too even for a oldie like me. Couldn't be happier.

I am writing about the services that you have provided for the care of my father over the course of several hospital visits and at the end when he died peacefully at home.
From the outset, we felt that we were in very good hands. The care and service provided by everyone at Chime Care has been absolutely first class and we are so grateful for all that you have done.
When Dad was discharged from hospital the final time you provided two end of life carers to look after him.

We were completely overwhelmed by the wonderful care that the two carers provided in Dads last few days. They really went above and beyond what we expected, they were always there keeping Dad comfortable as well as being there for all the family, keeping us all informed and treating us with empathy and understanding. When I spoke to the Doctor's surgery, they said that we were very lucky to have such an experienced and knowledgeable carer and that she should be commended for what she does.

From the very first telephone call with Chime, I knew that their personal care and service would be the right organization for my elderly parents. The assessment was arranged quickly and efficiently. My mum particularly enjoyed the carer's company and chats. Everyone I talked to was helpful and caring, which is a refreshing change to experience these days with some organisations. I am very happy with the care provided by Chime Care for my mother-in-law. The manager is very helpful and was able to provide an assessment and the required care at short notice. The assessor was extremely nice and friendly with my mother-in-law and this put her at ease from the start. The lovely carer was very kind and patient. My mother-in-law liked her very much and enjoyed her company. All in all, we have complete confidence in the care provided and would highly recommend Chime Care.
