The team at Goodoaks supported my mother in the last 3 months of her life, working together with a live-in carer to provide additional care during her final weeks. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their care, compassion, expertise and general support that they provided not only to my mother
but also to the live-in carer and myself during this difficult time. In particular, the management of the service and the knowledge shared on how to best manage this difficult time was incredible. Thank you to the whole team. I would wholly recommend Goodoaks to anyone looking for an agency that puts its clients at the heart of every action.

Fabulous carers - both the owner and the manager were truly amazing carers. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care that was given from the heart.
Mum loved the feet massages. Also the manager helped us navigate all the systems and tap into all the care Mum needed.

I was recommended to 'GoodOaks' by a gentleman I met in hospital who was caring for his sick wife. He extolled their services and relayed the wonderful treatment his wife was offered by them. I subsequently contacted the director and indeed their kindness and professionalism was palpable. The director
and manager guided me through the process with empathy and efficiency. From the initial assessment to the tailored care plan, every step was handled with utmost consideration for my mother's needs. They showed great compassion when she was in pain, treating her with dignity and respect to the end. They genuinely exceeded my expectations and provided a sense of reassurance and peace of mind at a very challenging time.

I can't really thank the team at GoodOaks enough for the care and support they provided during the final weeks of my grandmother's life. From start to finish they were professional and responsive and continuously demonstrated both empathy for the situation and a genuine consideration for the wellbeing
of everyone involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for ongoing support or end-of-life care for a family member or loved one.

All staff have been courteous, kind and paid attention to detail and management staff have been efficient and proactive in liaising with other medical and allied health staff in caring for my parents. I know that my parents are happy with the GoodOaks Homecare team which is a great help to me also.

I contacted 'GoodOaks' homecare as I was looking for a full-time live-in carer for my elderly mother. I have been very happy with the service from the manager, and the support given to us at what has been an extremely stressful period. From first contact until placement took just over 2 weeks. I was
sent different profiles of potential carers and the one we chose has now been with us for nearly 2 weeks. The carer not only looks after my mother’s personal needs but also cooks, cleans, does the washing, takes her out and spends a lot of time interacting with her when she’s feeling lonely. She is amazing!
The whole process has been very easy and efficient with great care being taken to find a carer matching the specified requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend 'GoodOaks'

We started using 'GoodOaks' following a disappointing experience with another care provider. Since using 'GoodOaks' two months ago for daily visits to Dad, my own anxiety levels have decreased significantly due to the good quality he now receives. I trust them completely to support Dad with his daily
medication requirements and his personal care. The carers prepare his breakfast and tea daily and help him getting dressed and with washing. They even help with household chores! Dad not only looks better in himself but enjoys his visits. I am very pleased with the whole package provided by 'GoodOaks' and am happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of carers for their family.
