I have found all the carers from this agency supportive and very professional in their interaction with my mother. The company managers are very helpful in supporting me and keeping my mother's care plan updated and amended as required.

I want to recommend the Goodoaks Homecare provider. They are the most efficient and professional care provider I have used in Bedford. Their communication is especially commendable, both to the client and to myself as the finance provider, sending timely and accurate invoices. They have been able to find very suitable carers for my daughter and to accommodate the specific time requirements. My father had a stroke in Nov 2023. He was discharged from hospital with 3 x a day care. The original care agency were not reliable and it was causing a lot of stress and anxiety for my parents. We started using 'GoodOaks' following a disappointing experience with another care provider. Since using 'GoodOaks' two months ago for daily visits to Dad, my own anxiety levels have decreased significantly due to the good quality he now receives. I trust them completely to support Dad with his daily medication requirements and his personal care. The carers prepare his breakfast and tea daily and help him getting dressed and with washing. They even help with household chores! Dad not only looks better in himself but enjoys his visits. I am very pleased with the whole package provided by 'GoodOaks' and am happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of carers for their family.
