My father is a fiercely independent man who always did things for himself. Since my mother passed away 2 years ago, he had become very lonely but would still refuse any help. I am so grateful to the Manager and experienced carers who have treated him with complete respect and empathy allowing him to maintain his independence with some assistance once a day.
