I have nothing but praise for the carers and management of 'your care your home.' The staff that manage my mums needs with regards to her dementia diagnosis is second to none. This team go above and beyond and should be commended for the work they do each and everyone one of them. The manager is incredible with her kindness and ongoing support to me in difficult times and I cannot thank her and her team enough. Along with the carers who look after my mum, they are all angels and a constant life life to me as well as mum. From my experience, this company comes highly recommended!.

The manager of YCYH and her carers are, beyond doubt, the most sympathetic, dedicated, cheerful and trustworthy people you could wish to have in your home. YCYH is providing a service which is valued and appreciated, and the competence and attitude of the carers certainly boosts morale.

Communication is always very good when needed., as is any alterations to the times or dates need too be amended

Your care your home is the best home care service we could hope for, all my Uncles needs are met with warmth, kindness, humour and professionalism. He feels grateful to have such support when needed allowing him to remain in his own home to live normally but with the security of knowing he always has help if required.

With only one exception, all the people working for Your Care Your Home are kind, efficient, caring and helpful. I complained with details about the one lady who seemed totally different to the others. I think she was dismissed. It is difficult compare value for money as we haven't used another agency.

I moved across to this company last year. The manager has been, and still is, so supportive going over and above my expectations of care provider management. The staff are a big part of my mum and dad’s well-being in the form of shopping and company as they are both housebound now. Local business looking after local people.

Just had a very touching and meaningful experience with two of my mum's carers from Your Care Your Home. They had come round unannounced to sing a couple of hymns with her. Singing hymns is one of the few things my mum can still do, so it was lovely that they decided to do this with her.

Excellent care company - all the staff are friendly, professional and caring towards my father who has dementia. They treat him with respect and kindness. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The management are extremely efficient and approachable at all times. The company has been a great find and I thank them hugely for their professionalism.

An amazing service from all the staff and the manager. My mother feels safe in their care and really appreciates their thoughtfulness and kindness. They go the extra mile to be helpful; even buying a kettle for Mum when hers broke. The manager and carers always contact me straight away with any concerns about Mum and we both trust all the staff completely. Without their help, Mum would no longer be living independently at the age of 100 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family or friends.
