The manager and her team are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond for you, the kindness and compassion the carers show me is immeasurable. They really are a lovely group and I’m so glad that they care for me.

Kayleigh began her caring career in 2003 as a carer for a family member who was suffering from alcohol addiction, which then led to her becoming a community support worker in 2010 she has undertaken roles as Senior Carer, Team Leader, Medication Officer, Care Coordinator, Registered Manager, Train the Trainer and most recently Operations Manager. She completed in 2015, the Edexcel Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services (England) (QCF)- Adults Management.
