It was lovely to be asked to be involved and attend feedback for my Dad's wellbeing whilst he lives on his own at his great age.
I wasn't involved contacting Fresh Springs it was my brother that organised the care.
I had carried out the care for my late Mum and Dad for many years prior to Fresh Springs.
It has certainly helped to alleviate this for me, as I live in Wales and now in my 70's
I'm very pleased to see and hear Dad's happy with the visits he has, and what they achieve around his home. Always polite, kind, listen to my Dad's needs and carry out their job effectively.

I have found the service supplier excellent in all respects. They are always on time and give really good service. My husband is very happy with all that they do, always chatty in between, caring, and clearing up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already done so.

We would like to say my Mother and I were very pleased with the Care we received from Fresh Springs Care. In addition to the Carer offering support to my Mother, they even went to the trouble of contacting her Doctors with a query, and also picked up medical supplies. We will happily be using Fresh
Springs Care again.

An Amazing level of service. The Carer that regularly visits my Mother in Law is absolutely lovely & regularly exceeds our expectations. Nothing is too much trouble for her. We have 100% trust in her & my Mother in Law really looks forward to her visits. So glad we chose yourselves as a home care company

Fresh Spring provided Care Support to my father who was suffering from a multitude of health issues. The team, led by the Manager were able to provide the care level that was requested efficiently and effectively and showed compassion throughout the challenging time for my family. Additionally she
offered advice for the ongoing care and even contacted Doctors & Pharmacists in order to ensure the best for my father. Highly recommend the team, especially the Manager she is a real Angel. Thank you.

It is my 96 year old father that you are assisting. I am his son and I live in France, so not able to help him. I was concerned that he needed help with cleaning his home and getting his laundry and ironing done. All of which is now being done by you guys. He is very pleased and happy with your services.

My mother at 90 had been unwell for some time and I have been living with her as a full time carer for 18 months. We needed a local care company that we could trust, to enable me to have short breaks. I found Freshfields by looking on the Internet for a local small company. I wanted a more personal
touch. The owner Abigail visited and was extremely sensitive and caring to mums needs. She undertook a full assessment to understand what was needed for live in care and companionship to support mum to continue living at home. We were offered exactly what was needed from just one day care to short breaks as required. The company are very flexible. The carers that have stayed have been caring and supportive assisting mum with her activities of daily living. It has been wonderful for me to have regular breaks knowing mum is fully supported.

The service we received was very good. We had no issues that weren't readily resolved. I was on holiday for three of the five weeks that my husband was cared for, and during that time, I could not fault the help and support we both received.

Practically to the day, 4 months ago two staff members in particular were here to welcome my father after 9 weeks in hospital. The improvement in my father's health and demeanour is second to none and as for me, I am finally sleeping through the night and the tension/stress has reduced. Thank you one

Very helpful and friendly. Provide service that was required. Nothing too much trouble. The carers were attentive, took me to hospital appointments and helped me with my grocery shopping. My medications were always given on time .

Following my wife's discharge from Hospital it was necessary to make use of a reliable care provider. As we are both in our 80's this was a necessity. It was soon obvious that following research, Fresh Springs would be the best for our needs. Three months in using their services I cannot rate them
highly enough. Always on time, attending to our requests, happy and friendly. If anyone needs some care, then Fresh Springs should be at the top of your list.
