I am so happy with the care my father receives. Nothing is too much trouble. They keep us informed with everything, sort out any medication that needs ordering or picking up. Always on time. Treat dad with respect at all times. Always at the end of the phone if any problems.

Abigail and the team at Fresh Springs have been a fantastic support to my mother for over 12 months now. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the daily contact my Mum needs, providing her with care and companionship. Extremely flexible if additional support is needed for medical appointments, nothing is too much trouble. Could not ask or a better care provider.

We have used Fresh Springs twice this year so far to provide care for our 88 year mother. I cannot praise Abi and her team enough, both times we asked for help it was at short notice because mum had been ill and despite that they looked after mum 24/7 on both occasions with kindness, care and support and companionship. Special thanks to Barbara who on both occasion's lived in with mum looking after her. Its so reassuring there are people like Abi and Barbara and the team who are local and go out of their way to provide a special service. Thank you again

The care provided by Fresh Springs Care was exemplary. Staff very friendly and caring to the patient. If nurses or doctors were attending my husband, they waited to begin their care. They were all polite and cared about me as the patient's wife, and advised that I should take after myself and asked if I had eaten.

We were very pleased with the service provided. Polite, arrived on time, and helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very satisfied with the overall service.

To say we were worried about choosing a care provider would be a massive understatement. It is an overwhelming exercise, but from the moment we met Abigail we immediately felt at ease. Her professionalism, caring nature and her knowledge made us feel like she cared about our Mother as much as we do. We've been using Fresh Springs Care since September 2025 and it has been life changing for the whole family. The Fresh Springs team are simply wonderful, not only at their jobs, but as human beings. They all bring much needed smiles, love and so much care it is impossible to describe. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We cannot recommend Fresh Springs Care highly enough.

Abigail and her team were very approachable and professional in all our meetings whether face-to-face or by phone. She was sensitive to our care requirements and made good suggestions how her team could best support us. I have found the service supplier excellent in all respects. They are always on time and give really good service. My husband is very happy with all that they do, always chatty in between, caring, and clearing up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already done so.

We would like to say my Mother and I were very pleased with the Care we received from Fresh Springs Care. In addition to the Carer offering support to my Mother, they even went to the trouble of contacting her Doctors with a query, and also picked up medical supplies. We will happily be using Fresh Springs Care again.

An Amazing level of service. The Carer that regularly visits my Mother in Law is absolutely lovely & regularly exceeds our expectations. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Fresh Spring provided Care Support to my father who was suffering from a multitude of health issues. The team, led by the Manager were able to provide the care level that was requested efficiently and effectively and showed compassion throughout the challenging time for my family. Additionally she offered advice for the ongoing care and even contacted Doctors & Pharmacists in order to ensure the best for my father. Highly recommend the team, especially the Manager she is a real Angel. Thank you.

The carers who visit us are all very friendly and helpful, and my wife feels very comfortable with them.

It is my 96 year old father that you are assisting. I am his son and I live in France, so not able to help him. I was concerned that he needed help with cleaning his home and getting his laundry and ironing done. All of which is now being done by you guys. He is very pleased and happy with your services.

My mother at 90 had been unwell for some time and I have been living with her as a full time carer for 18 months. We needed a local care company that we could trust, to enable me to have short breaks. I found Freshfields by looking on the Internet for a local small company. I wanted a more personal touch. The owner Abigail visited and was extremely sensitive and caring to mums needs. She undertook a full assessment to understand what was needed for live in care and companionship to support mum to continue living at home. We were offered exactly what was needed from just one day care to short breaks as required. The company are very flexible. The carers that have stayed have been caring and supportive assisting mum with her activities of daily living. It has been wonderful for me to have regular breaks knowing mum is fully supported.

The service we received was very good. We had no issues that weren't readily resolved. I was on holiday for three of the five weeks that my husband was cared for, and during that time, I could not fault the help and support we both received.

I can't thank you enough for you both looking after my mum and for the support for me. I would not hesitate to book you again. And highly recommend you and your company.
