The service we received was very good. We had no issues that weren't readily resolved. I was on holiday for three of the five weeks that my husband was cared for, and during that time, I could not fault the help and support we both received.

Practically to the day, 4 months ago two staff members in particular were here to welcome my father after 9 weeks in hospital. The improvement in my father's health and demeanour is second to none and as for me, I am finally sleeping through the night and the tension/stress has reduced. Thank you one staff member in particular and all dad's team - you are simply the best and I would recommend your company to anyone and am happy to discuss with any future clients. Very helpful and friendly. Provide service that was required. Nothing too much trouble. The carers were attentive, took me to hospital appointments and helped me with my grocery shopping. My medications were always given on time .

Following my wife's discharge from Hospital it was necessary to make use of a reliable care provider. As we are both in our 80's this was a necessity. It was soon obvious that following research, Fresh Springs would be the best for our needs. Three months in using their services I cannot rate them highly enough.
