Working in the Care Sector since the age of 17 has given me extensive training and experience in both Residential and community-based care. I also have extensive knowledge of Dementia care. My work history consists of roles as Carer, Team Leader and Deputy Manager, enabling me to understand the needs of our clients and ensure that we work within the parameters of the law and legislation as well as compliance with CQC, ensuring that our clients receive the best-personalised care they possibly can.
I began my career in Care in 2018 as a domiciliary carer in York. I moved into an office role in 2020 and have since worked in multiple coordination and management roles within the care sector. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, travelling around Europe, and I also run my own music festival.
