CSM have been caring for my elderly father since September 2024 and I am very impressed with the care and professionalism with which they carry out their duties. Carers are kind, respectful and caring at all times and communication is excellent. Any concerns with dad's health or wellbeing are recorded
and reported to me promptly. When extra support is needed, e.g. when I am unavailable or away on holiday, the agency is more than willing to help out; managing and attending appointments, liaising with surgery/pharmacy, running errands etc. Dad's main carer has also been there to support dad through two distressing hospital admissions in the last six months when I was away on holiday. This really put my mind at rest at a tine which could have been extremely stressful.
It has taken a huge weight off my mind to know that my dad is being looked after well in his own home. Previous experience with other agencies, and a succession of different carers, did not met with dad's approval. I highl

Excellent in every respect. I had very recently had a hip operation and felt that I needed someone for overnight the week after I returned from hospital. CSM Group Care made arrangements for one of their staff to come to my home for two nights and then their person in charge came for the following three
nights. Their presence was reassuring, quiet and unassuming. Although only small, whatever I requested in the morning before they left, was done efficiently and without fuss. Just what I needed. I have no hesitation whatever in recommending their services to anyone in need. They have also contacted me since their time here to find out my progress, which is most kind.

'Empowering lives, one care solution at a time'; these last 4 months CSM Group Care have delivered exactly what the logo says. I'd reached crisis point when on top of caring for my elderly Mum (acute anxiety/depression led her to nervous breakdown some years ago), my elderly Dad's health declined this
year, leaving him unable to help her practically around the home. CSM have rescued my family with their exceptional combination of skills, all carried out with great compassion. Their hospital visits to my Dad built a foundation of trust that continues to grow. CSM respect that my parents are private and have always lived quietly. From the start they showed sensitivity as they listened and observed their individual needs, gently and unobtrusively building a care plan. This now includes overnight, enabling them to continue in their home, free from the daily anxieties that plagued them before. With regular clear updates and reviews, my husband and I now have the confidence to at last take a holiday!

CSM was recommended earlier in the summer by our surgery's Community Nurse for my wife's elderly parents in their home. They are both approaching 90 and have mobility issues.
CSM brings plenty of youthful energy but also, at the same time, the experience of balancing sensible assertiveness (to keep
my in-laws active, for example, and disciplined with their medication, hygiene, and general health) along with a naturally warm, un-rushed manner. Being well-travelled, they're also interesting companions - but at the same time discreet and respectful.
My wife and I also appreciate the flexibility and patience with which they have eased my in-laws into their new life.
The transformation of their home into a living space that's altogether more practical, healthier, and happier has been gradual and subtle - again showing a sensible approach to a challenge, but also sensitivity.
CSM has been exceptional, and as a family, we can all look forward to more settled and happier times ahead.

CSM Care Group Ltd delivers a fantastic professional service. All home visits have been conducted with a caring approach and this ongoing service provides me with reassurance that Mum is getting the care and attention she needs as her dementia progresses. I have been impressed with the communication
and care review meetings that have allowed us to discuss and agree on service provision. It's great to be able to discuss and agree to ongoing care, knowing that my wishes are upheld, whilst being offered options to solutions for continuity of appropriate care. All I can say is I would give this service a 100%
They do as they say they will.
The staff I have met so far have been amazing, and my father gets on well with his carer. And he has time for my dad, nothing is too much trouble. And they keep you up to date with anything that is going on. If anything
has happened I am messaged with a full update you can't ask for more than that.

My mother has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and as she lives alone has been finding some tasks at home a challenge. The care package we have has allowed Mum to stay in her own home with the daily support of our carer. We have the same person every day. The carer helps/advises Mum with her evening
meal, prepares a sandwich for lunch the following day, and prompts Mum to take her medication. We also get frequent updates and suggestions to help with mum's care. Mum is extremely independent so having someone help her has been a challenge but I cannot praise the level of care and compassion shown enough - Thank you!

CSM care provided excellent care for my elderly relative. From the start, services were explained well to both myself and the client. Communication between myself and CSM was second to none as they responded quickly to phone, text and emails. Nothing seemed too much even if an appointment had to be

My friend is a 92-year-old lady who, though fairly independent, requires some help in certain areas! She was initially very sceptical about having any help - in fact, not really wanting any. However, since CSM Group Care has been visiting my friend every week, she now thoroughly enjoys having the companionship
and also any extra help given.

I have engaged CSM Group Care Ltd to support my uncle as I live a distance away. They have been supporting him for approximately 6 months now. I have nothing but good to say about the managers and their staff. They have worked really well with my uncle ensuring that he is safe and happy and well cared
for. Throughout they keep me informed about anything that I need to know and have been a godsend when my uncle has been unwell and hospitalised. They have really gone the extra mile which has really supported both me and my uncle. They are really flexible and will do their best to meet any needs. I have worked in health and social care for over 40 years and have worked with many care agencies and I can say it has been an absolute pleasure working with CSM.
