The friendliness of all staff.

Excellent in every respect. I had very recently had a hip operation and felt that I needed someone for overnight the week after I returned from hospital. CSM Group Care made arrangements for one of their staff to come to my home for two nights and then their person in charge came for the following three nights. Their presence was reassuring, quiet and unassuming. Although only small, whatever I requested in the morning before they left, was done efficiently and without fuss. Just what I needed. I have no hesitation whatever in recommending their services to anyone in need. They have also contacted me since their time here to find out my progress, which is most kind.

I'd reached crisis point when on top of caring for my elderly Mum (acute anxiety/depression led her to nervous breakdown some years ago), my elderly Dad's health declined this year, leaving him unable to help her practically around the home. CSM have rescued my family with their exceptional combination of skills, all carried out with great compassion. Their hospital visits to my Dad built a foundation of trust that continues to grow. CSM respect that my parents are private and have always lived quietly. From the start they showed sensitivity as they listened and observed their individual needs, gently and unobtrusively building a care plan. This now includes overnight, enabling them to continue in their home, free from the daily anxieties that plagued them before. With regular clear updates and reviews, my husband and I now have the confidence to at last take a holiday!

CSM Care Group Ltd delivers a fantastic professional service. All home visits have been conducted with a caring approach and this ongoing service provides me with reassurance that Mum is getting the care and attention she needs as her dementia progresses. I have been impressed with the communication and care review meetings that have allowed us to discuss and agree on service provision. It's great to be able to discuss and agree to ongoing care, knowing that my wishes are upheld, whilst being offered options to solutions for continuity of appropriate care. I am impressed and grateful for the kindness and support provided.

My mother has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and as she lives alone has been finding some tasks at home a challenge. The care package we have has allowed Mum to stay in her own home with the daily support of our carer. We have the same person every day. The carer helps/advises Mum with her evening meal, prepares a sandwich for lunch the following day, and prompts Mum to take her medication. We also get frequent updates and suggestions to help with mum's care. Mum is extremely independent so having someone help her has been a challenge but I cannot praise the level of care and compassion shown enough - Thank you!

CSM care provided excellent care for my elderly relative. From the start, services were explained well to both myself and the client. Communication between myself and CSM was second to none as they responded quickly to phone, text and emails. Nothing seemed too much even if an appointment had to be changed at the last minute. I have engaged CSM Group Care Ltd to support my uncle as I live a distance away. They have been supporting him for approximately 6 months now. I have nothing but good to say about the managers and their staff. They have worked really well with my uncle ensuring that he is safe and happy and well cared for.
