The carer cared for my mother who had Advanced Alzheimer's for the last few years of her life and also for my father when he later became ill. The care and support she provided for my parents was exceptional. At all times she treated them both with dignity, respect and utmost professionalism. She is
very honest, trustworthy and reliable - never rushing, always taking time to listen and explain. She became a friend to both my parents and to the whole family, nothing was too much trouble for her. Her kindness, sympathy and patience always shone through. I couldn't recommend her more highly - we were so fortunate that she enabled my parents to stay together and make their lives comfortable to the very end.
