Difficult to find fault.

The AAA team look after my grandad and they are so patient with him and compassionate, great communicators with myself and do a fantastic job every visit. Thank you for your hard work it doesn't go unnoticed :)

Since having my father at home with me for the past 9 weeks on end of life care, the care that he has received has been amazing. They are reliable, friendly and treat him with dignity. He and I are very happy with the care that he has received and he looks forward to when they come 4 times a day. On behalf of my father and I thank you for making it easier.

Due to a busy schedule, their arrival time could never be guaranteed.

AAA have been caring for my mum at home for the last few years and they have been superb. The communication is excellent, they always respond to texts and calls and we have a group where everyone can put notes on or information which is really helpful. Shamsa the team leader is very responsive and always deals with my questions or concerns. They have been accommodating in time slots to suit us better and I feel comfortable in contacting them if I have any issues. Would highly recommend.

The carers are all extremely courteous and helpful. They are all kind and considerate and do a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the service.

I have very positive views and comments about my assisted and agency. The assisted is polite, friendly, diligent and hard working and reliable. She is empathetic, efficient and a self starter. I commend the assister and agency who have responded to my queries and requirements promptly and professionally.

I have found the attendants prompt, courteous and of good cheer which brightens my day.

The carers we have now which is 2 of them come at the time they are down for. If late for any reason they ring to let me know. Do everything we ask them to do, can't fault them.

AAA Healthcare have been really attentive to my mums needs. Always thoughtful and caring. They will take the time to sit and chat with my mum.

After my Father passing away in March of 2023, this agency began providing care for my Mother shortly after. Absolutely phenomenal service all round since the past 2 years. I can honestly say, the care provided has been a lifeline for my mother, who just loves the care that is provided. I don't think I know anyone who works as hard as the manager, she puts thought and extreme effort into everything, she very quickly resolves anything that may not be working (a very rare occurance) as part of the care package and is one of the most thoughtful and caring people my mother and me have come across. She works round the clock, don't know how she manages it, bless her. She provides us with a service with advanced level empathy like no other, and we have witnessed how supportive she is to her employees, providing them with a very detailed and extensive training experience. This is then evident in the care provided to us. Cannot thank her enough, she is an asset to the company

I can honestly say that anything I asked this company to do for my father it was done, my dad wasn't the easiest due to dementia but they never wavered and continuously did there upmost to make sure he was safe and well nothing was to much to ask for.
