I have very positive views and comments about my assisted and agency. The assisted is polite, friendly, diligent and hard working and reliable. She is empathetic, efficient and a self starter. I commend the assister and agency who have responded to my queries and requirements promptly and professionally.

Look forward to two carers who bathe me. Both very pleasant and friendly.

The carers we have now which is 2 of them come at the time they are down for. If late for any reason they ring to let me know. Do everything we ask them to do, can't fault them.

After my Father passing away in March of 2023, this agency began providing care for my Mother shortly after. Absolutely phenomenal service all round since the past 2 years. I can honestly say, the care provided has been a lifeline for my mother, who just loves the care that is provided. I don't think I know anyone who works as hard as the manager, she puts thought and extreme effort into everything, she very quickly resolves anything that may not be working (a very rare occurance) as part of the care package and is one of the most thoughtful and caring people my mother and me have come across. She works round the clock, don't know how she manages it, bless her. She provides us with a service with advanced level empathy like no other, and we have witnessed how supportive she is to her employees, providing them with a very detailed and extensive training experience. This is then evident in the care provided to us. Cannot thank her enough, she is an asset to the company

I can honestly say that anything I asked this company to do for my father it was done, my dad wasn't the easiest due to dementia but they never wavered and continuously did there upmost to make sure he was safe and well nothing was to much to ask for.

AAA carers have looked after my husband since September 2023. In the time since then, I have been delighted and proud to have such kind, respectable carers looking after him. I have said this many times that we genuinely feel now we belong to a whole new very caring family. The manager, always answers the phone promptly (she must work 24 hours) and always accommodates any problems that arise here with my husband. If I need a sitter at the last minute, she always comes up trumps. All the carers are lovely, respectful and always kind. Sometimes it can be very messy for them. Sometimes, he has diarrhoea and they always do a good job washing him. I am happy to say "Well Done" to you all, and I have no hesitation in recommending AAA (and I do) to anyone who asks who cares for him.

AAA began caring for our mother in September 2023. From the outset, we were struck by the deep respect shown by the carers and the fact that this was consistent across the whole team. The carers worked well together, for example, making sure everyone knew how the washing machine worked best. Communication with the family was excellent. We were touched by the level of care for us, as a family. 'In-the-moment' photos of our mum on her birthday when we couldn't be there and reassuring texts gave us confidence that she was in safe hands. The manager and the team have been a joy to work with. My father has been supported at home by this agency for quite a while now and they have been great. He gets the same carers every day which makes it more dignified for him and a lot easier for him to accept the care he needs. We have had several instances where we have needed to ask for extra support due to my mother being taken into hospital and this has been sorted out quickly at short notice. There is always someone available to speak to which is very much appreciated by us as a family. The care my father has received has been excellent and his carers are very friendly and polite.

I have great pleasure in compiling a review for the wonderful AAA home care here in Blackburn. The team manager and the carers who deliver care to my very elderly mother are truly outstanding. Everything from personal care, helping around the house, making meals and on occasions someone just to talk to makes my mum's life so much better. Something that assures me and my mum is the fact that the answer is always "Yes now what's the question" Nothing is too much trouble for them. Over the past few weeks, we have needed extra and emergency visits and the manager has arranged this seamlessly for us. I was with Mum this morning and she was telling me that she had the opportunity to refer AAA to another elderly friend. Detailing how we have absolute confidence in the service. Personally, I had a chance to speak about AAA to the social workers at Preston Town Hall and said that if any of them ever needed carers I would highly recommend AAA for a 5-star service.

I would recommend them and am very grateful for all they do.

I would like to say my rapport with the manager is great, nothing is too much trouble. She is very professional but also very caring. I was concerned about the footfall of carers but the rota from the beginning was explained. The same two carers for three dsys then another two carers for four days and this was a great comfort to me which continued like clockwork. They are all lovely and kind.

The Blackburn team look after my grandma with such care and patience, she loves them all! They look after her like she was their own family member and I couldn't be more grateful. The manager is great too, she always makes sure to give me any necessary updates on my grandma and will let me know if the carers need anything from me. Thank you all!
