I have worked in care for over 31 years. I started in a care home and have worked within a school environment, but mostly in domiciliary care. I started a career and have worked my way up to Care Coordinator, dealing with rotas, client enquiries and interacting with the care staff. I also still go out and do care, as this is my first passion, and it also helps within my role to know the clients.
