As well as the registered manager, Joanne is also a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience in complex care. Joanne's driving force is her family, and she strives to demonstrate to her 3 daughters that you can achieve your dreams. Joanne enjoys socialising, spending time with family and friends and planning for the future.

I have worked in care for over 31 years. I started in a care home and have worked within a school environment, but mostly in domiciliary care. I started a career and have worked my way up to Care Coordinator, dealing with rotas, client enquiries and interacting with the care staff. I also still go out and do care, as this is my first passion, and it also helps within my role to know the clients. My hobbies are Motocross and Ice skating, AS TO which I support both my boys and partner with motocross.

I started in a care home as a cleaner and then started to help out at mealtimes. I realised that helping people was something I was good at and applied for a full-time position as a care worker. I have worked steadily up to the position of field care supervisor, have 3 children and a dog.

Helen is a classically trained violinist who started supporting people with learning disabilities within a day service setting. Helen moved to a more caring role and loves combining the caring role with her love of music.

Bev loves spending time with her family, and her granddaughter enjoys cooking and socialising.

Jo loves animals, especially horses and dogs likes flower arranging and is very artistic loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Mona goes above and beyond, enjoys spending time with her daughters, and is a phenomenal cook.
