The services of this care company were adopted in early July of this year, with the transition of care from the previous provider being both seamless and professionally conducted by the proprietor. The associated care plan was not only detailed, but sympathetically drawn up reflecting the service users
every need. The care staff have all shown professionalism, being both reliable and adaptable with some going beyond their normal duties to ensure the comfort and support of the service user. Having liaised closely with the lead carer and following numerous visits to the homecare property, I have been kept up to date with the progress of the care package with many suggestions being made to upgrade care related equipment being made by the care staff. I am therefore impressed with the care manager and would not hesitate to recommend their services to other users.
